Payment

Checkout

TradePort offers two (2) industry-leading checkout solutions for our customers: PayPal Express Checkout and Channel Advisor Checkout. These simple and secure checkout options allow you to quickly and conveniently pay for your order.

After winning an auction item or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have three (3) options for navigating to TradePort’s checkout solutions:

eBay “Pay Now” button:
When the listing ends, you will see a “Pay Now” button on the item listing and the “Items I’ve Won” view in My eBay. You will be directed to an eBay “review” page where you can review and edit your shipping address, review the payment details and select a payment method. Once you have selected your payment method, you will be directed to a PayPal Express Checkout secure landing page where you will have the option of creating a new PayPal account or logging into your existing PayPal account to pay for the order. You can also choose to return to the “TradePort Marketplace Shopping Cart” landing page where you will have the option of using Channel Advisor Checkout.

When the listing ends, you can click on the “Checkout Now” button to the left. You will be directed to the “TradePort Marketplace Shopping Cart” landing page where you will have the option of using PayPal Express Checkout or Channel Advisor Checkout. You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.

TradePort “Winning Bidder” e-mail notification:
When the listing ends, you will be notified by e-mail with instructions and a link to the “TradePort Marketplace Shopping Cart” landing page where you will have the option of using PayPal Express Checkout or Channel Advisor Checkout. If you have not received this e-mail notification within 24 hours after the listing has ended, please e-mail support@tradeportusa.com or call 603-692-2900.

PayPal Express Checkout Workflow

  1. When you choose PayPal Express Checkout, you will be directed to a secure landing page where you will have the option of creating a new PayPal account or logging into your existing PayPal account to pay for the order. NOTE: You can also choose to return to the “TradePort Marketplace Shopping Cart” landing page where you will have the option of using Channel Advisor Checkout.
  2. You will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account.
  3. You will select a billing and shipping address from your PayPal account.
  4. You will be redirected to the Channel Advisor Checkout “Confirm & Complete Order” section to confirm that your item, payment and shipping information is correct.

Channel Advisor Checkout Workflow

  1. Shipping Address: When you choose Channel Advisor Checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping address. Please enter the appropriate shipping address information.
  2. Payment Method: Please choose from the following paymewnt methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.
  3. Shipping Options: Please select your desired shipping option. Local pickup is only available at our Somersworth, NH 03878 warehouse. Please do not choose “local pickup” as a shipping option if you are not local to our warehouse location.
  4. Billing Address: Please enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card bill. For the Day Phone number field, please provide the phone number associated with your credit card to avoid unnecessary processing delays. If your middle initial appears on your credit card bill, please include this as part of your first name.
  5. Confirm & Complete Order: Please confirm that your item, payment and shipping information is correct. A summary of your order information will appear for your review.
  6. Save Details: Registered customers who make multiple purchases from TradePort can take advantage of streamlined checkout processes, the ability to store shipping addresses and payment methods as well as the option to receive special offers about great deals.
  7. Order Status. Click on the checkout link for real-time updates regarding your order status.

NOTE: If you do not checkout properly and completely, your order will be delayed. In rare cases, if you are unable to checkout, unable to make a payment or receive an error, please try again later. Checkout Terms & Conditions

  • Credit card payments are charged immediately upon completion of checkout.
  • There are no sales tax calculations made for any TradePort sales because New Hampshire (NH) is a “tax-free” State.
  • International credit cards that do not support AVS checks are automatically declined.
  • Billing address choices must match shipping address choices from TradePort’s configured ship-to zones.
  • TradePort validates that the buyer’s shipping address is an exact match of the billing address. This applies to orders for which the buyer has selected to pay with a credit card.
  • TradePort enables continuous invoice consolidation during checkout. We allow no more than 7 days between the first and the last items added to the checkout. We allow no more than 10 line items per consolidated invoice.
  • To prevent potential fraudulent use, this checkout will be placed on hold after five (5) validation failures. Please e-mail support@tradeportusa.com or call 603-692-2900 to complete this transaction.

NOTE: Credit card validation errors can often be avoided by contacting the bank issuing your credit card and verifying appropriate funds are available for withdrawal and that the provided billing address matches that registered for your credit card. Alternatively you may want to provide a different credit card or payment method to complete this transaction. If you have provided a debit card, you may want to try using a regular credit card number instead.

Payment Methods

TradePort accepts the following payment methods: PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & eCheck), Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

  • PayPal. PayPal supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
  • Electronic Check through PayPal. This service allows US-based buyers to purchase online by direct electronic payment from their checking accounts.
  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover secure checkout through PayPal Express & Channel Advisor Checkout.

Non-Paying Bidder Policy

Please read the auction description carefully and bid responsibly. TradePort does not tolerate non-paying bidders.

  • If checkout has not been completed within seven (7) days after the listing’s end date, TradePort will file an unpaid item dispute with eBay, which may ultimately lead to indefinite suspension.
  • If checkout is complete or on hold but payment has not cleared or been deposited within seven (7) days after the listing’s end date, TradePort will file an unpaid item dispute.
  • If checkout has not been completed within ten (10) days after the listing’s end date, TradePort will cancel the sale, disable the checkout and restock the inventory.
  • If payment is marked submitted but has not cleared within ten (10) days after the listing’s end date, TradePort will cancel the sale, disable the checkout and restock the inventory.
  • High-risk bidders are added to TradePort’s Bidder Watch List after one (1) cancelled sale.
  • TradePort automatically blocks all bidders added to the Bidder Watch List after two (2) cancelled sales.

UPS

TradePort has partnered with UPS to provide our customers the fastest and most reliable shipping services available. UPS is the World's largest package delivery company and a leading global provider of specialized transportation and logistics services. You can rest assure that your TradePort purchase will arrive on your doorstep quickly and safely.

At this time, we offer the following UPS shipping options to our customers: UPS Ground Domestic, UPS 2-Day Air Domestic & UPS 2-Day Air (Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico).

Shipping and Handling Rates
Shipping and handling costs are fixed on a per item basis. Shipping and handling costs are significantly higher for wholesale items than for retail items because each item must be personally inspected and guaranteed to be in acceptable condition and include all critical accessories. We believe a fixed cost to be an advantage. With shipping and handling costs stated up-front, the cost can be easily taken into consideration as part of the total price. The total shipping and handling cost is clearly listed in every TradePort item description.

UPS Shipping Terms & Conditions

  • UPS does not accommodate orders to Post Office Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • UPS 2-Day Air AK/HI/PR rates apply for all shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. UPS Ground Domestic and UPS 2-Day Air Domestic rates do not apply
  • UPS 2-Day Air AK/HI/PR rates are not applicable to remote Alaska locations
  • Shipments going to Puerto Rico will require a telephone number for customs paperwork
  • Each product must be insured to guarantee full replacement value in the event that the package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non-refundable
  • Any claim for insurance has to be filed, processed, approved and a check received from the insurance company before sending out a replacement, if available. This process can take 4-6 weeks
  • TradePort does not reimburse shipping, handling and insurance charges for returned product

Freight

All TVs over 32” are shipped via a specialist freight carrier due to a combination of their weight, dimensions and value. TradePort has partnered with MainFreight www.mainfreightusa.com to provide our customers with the fastest and most reliable freight services for Projection, LCD and Plasma TV shipments.

  • Service Guarantee: Target shipments are guaranteed 1-5 day transit time depending on destination
  • Reliability: Target's on-time delivery percentage year to date is 99.1%
  • Direct Routing: Target shipments are "directly routed" to their destination. Less handling means less chance of damage
  • Tracking: Simply enter your airbill/pickup number into Target's Quick TRACS system for "real time" information regarding your shipment
  • Peace of Mind: ALL shipments are insured for 100% replacement value

Target currently offers ground freight services to over 120 major US cities and they’re over 20,000 surrounding communities. To satisfy the need to serve every major city, we have divided the country into (3) regions. A breakdown of these regions and accompanying States are listed below. The freight charge assigned to each region is fixed and non-negotiable. All freight shipments originate from TradePort's Somersworth, NH 03878 warehouse. Freight Shipment Process

  • Payment receipt is confirmed by TradePort
  • TV is packaged according auction listing specifications and secured to a custom pallet to ensure safe transit
  • TV is picked up at TradePort's Somersworth, NH 03878 warehouse by MainFreight within 48 hours of payment receipt
  • TV is "directly routed" to a freight terminal destination by MainFreight (1-5 day transit time depending on destination)
  • Customer is contacted directly by the local freight terminal when the TV is landed
  • Customer has the option of picking up the TV at the local freight terminal (no additional charge) or scheduling residential delivery (additional charge)

Freight Terminal Pickup

  • There is no charge for freight terminal pickup
  • Freight terminal location is determined by the customer's residential zip code
  • Local freight terminals may not be available for all customers

Residential Delivery

  • TradePort's advertised rates include freight terminal delivery only
  • Residential delivery is available upon request at an additional charge to the customer
  • Residential delivery charges vary depending on location and services required
  • Residential delivery may not be available in some locations
  • Residential delivery must be scheduled directly with MainFreight

Freight Terms & Conditions

  • Customer contact information is required for all freight shipments. Target will not process a freight shipment without a phone number
  • Target does NOT currently provide freight services to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada
  • Additional shipping/handling charges may occur for States that are not included in Target's surface network: Delaware, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, West Virginia & Wyoming. Please e-mail shipping@tradeportusa.com for freight charges within these States
  • Do NOT sign for this shipment until you have thoroughly inspected the box and/or contents for any damage. TradePort is NOT responsible for shipments that are NOT signed for as damaged upon arrival
  • Target offers “fixed-rate” freight terminal delivery service to Manchester, New Hampshire for $100.00 and Boston, Masachusetts for $125.00.
  • It is assumed that some customers from the following States will utilize our local pickup service at our Somersworth, NH 03878 warehouse: Maine, Massachusetts & New Hampshire

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at TradePort's Somersworth, NH 03878 warehouse. Local pickup is available as a shipping option at checkout. The following handling charges are assessed on a per-item basis:

  • $30.00 for all LCD and Plasma TVs from 32” to 52”
  • $40.00 for all LCD and Plasma TVs greater than 52”
  • $40.00 for all LCD and DLP Projection TVs

This charge includes labor and materials required to assist the buyer in securing the TV for safe transit. The buyer is responsible for damage and/or loss once the TV is in their possession.

Local Pickup Hours

TradePort's warehouse hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30AM to 4PM and Friday 8:30AM to 3PM Eastern Standard Time. Our warehouse is CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday.
