Return policy:
We provide our customers with a 15 day, unconditional, return privilege that begins the day you receive your item. If for any reason you decide the item is not right for you, simply return the item to us along with a COPY of your original receipt. There is a 15% restock fee on NEW items. Payments received via PayPal are refunded through paypal. If other payment options are used a check will be used to refund your money. Refunds are processed within two business days from the receipt of the retuned item. Please be sure to include your full contact information.
Please note code scanners must be unopened and in the original packaging.

If a you need guarantee service on an item purchased from tradervar.com please contact me at vragon@adelphia.net for Return Authorization Number. The item will then be shipped directly to the factory for repair or replacement as they see fit.
