Welcome to My Store
I appreciate you taking the time to read my About Me page. This will hopefully provide you a little background information about my company and me. Our eBay store is designed to offer quality products as well as a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Trade Win is a small proprietorship that I have been operating since 1994 on a part-time basis. While the company originally was designed to focus on the sale of computer hardware and software, I later shifted to web application design and ecommerce consulting. The shift in the focus of Information Technology in general prompted a shift on how I was doing business as the millenium was approaching.

Building and operating various online stores over the years has taught me quite a bit about doing business on the Internet. While I had many positive experiences, I also had a few negative ones. One in particular involved doing work for a company that turned out to be totally unethical to its customers and its employees. After taking some losses as a result of that experience, I became more focused on doing business from a standpoint of ethics and fairness. This concept even extends to businesses I consult or who's stores I happen to operate.

In 1999, a close friend of mine wanted to start selling merchandise on eBay. At that time I wasn't that familiar with eBay and only assisted him on a casual basis. It was a couple of years later that I realized how beneficial eBay could be even to businesses who were already selling merchandise on the open Internet. The most important benefit is that eBay shields buyers and sellers from the kinds of problems they can run into on the open Internet.

After years of helping other business with their online stores, I finally had time to start rebuilding my own store. Some of the products I'm selling are from local businesses who have either gone out of business or are in the process of liquidating some of their inventory. Other products are from distributors with whom I do business. All of the products we sell are brand new and thoroughly inspected for any flaws.

Behind my business are a small team of individuals with various backgrounds in marketing, web application development, technical consulting, and eBay selling in general. I trust them entirely and regularly confide in them when making business decisions. Our goal is to do everything we can to ensure a positive shopping experience for you the customer.
