About Us Train Video Depot Train Video Depot began many years ago as the result of a bad DVD purchase through another Train DVD company. The DVD didn't ship until about a week after the order was placed, and there was no communication. We knew we could do a better job. Our simple secret to success has been that we treat EVERY customer order as a "must ship today" situation. We go out of our way to do our best to get your order out the SAME DAY it is placed as close to 5PM as possible. And we ship Saturday's too!
