Payment
We accept payment by: Paypal, Credit or Debit Card by telephone (01723 892122), Postal Orders, Cash Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT at the current rate.
Shipping
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque. Due to additional charges imposed by our couriers for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, offshore islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, a surcharge may be levied to cover carriage to these postcode areas (listed below). We advise customers to contact us for a final postage fee before finalising orders.

Transtools 14 Day Returns Policy
You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, however, this does not apply to certain items, i.e. perishable or personalised goods (please check with our Customer Service department before return). Items returned unwanted may incur an administration charge of 20%.
Our customer service department must be advised within 14 days of your receipt of the goods if you wish to return them. We will not accept goods for return that have been used and expect goods to be returned in the same condition as prior to purchase.
Goods must be returned immediately after notification at your own expense.
Returns Procedure – please contact our Customer Service department on 01723 892122 for a returns number which must be shown on the returned goods. Items returned without an authorised returns number may not be processed.

Faulty Goods – please contact our Customer Service Department if your item develops a fault and we will advise on the appropriate action , e.g. repair, refund or replace.
Damaged Goods – if your goods are damaged in transit your must contact our Customer Service department within 24 hours of receipt and we will advise on the appropriate action.
