Hi, I am an early retired teacher who abosolutely LOVES selling on ebay!!  My ebay carreer began back in 2001 while I was still teaching, but due to time demands as a teacher, mom, wife and care-giver for my mother-in-law I was never able to give much time to the business and soon just gave up trying.   Finally, in August 2007 I  had the time. . . I retired from teaching. . . no longer a caregiver . . . SO, my EBAY business began!  Along with my husband and son, we search many times weekly at flea markets, yard & garage sales, book sales, thrift stores and estate sales for rare, old, vintage, antique items or things we know people desire.  We specalize in vintage & popular hardback books, collectible costume jewelry, Levi's jeans, sterling silver & silver plated, quilts, and other collectible items.   Searching for rare treasures is like an Easter egg hunt - you never know if you will find the golden egg, but it is always fun trying!   

           I wanted to tell you more about my co-workers. My science degree, patriotic, cowboy loving husband of 30 years has had problems with jobs, so meeting financial obligations has not always been easy.  The good news is he will be able to retire with military pay soon and with the help of this job, we hope, leave the low wage jobs behind.   Our cherished 27 year old son is disabled with Lupus, Asperger's, kidney concerns, heart value replacement, and seizures.  So, you see, one of my major joys for working at home is to be there for him, and help our son make something of a life that has had many valleys.  We have great hope for him!  I have to talk about our 25 year old darling daughter, who just earned a christian counseling degree, but still needs a good job.  She depends on us for much of her support, so this job is also dedicated to helping her fullfill her intended service.  WE STRIVE TO PLEASE YOU AND STAY IN THE CENTER OF GOD'S WILL FOR OUR LIFE!!  GOD IS GOOD!!
