When should I expect to receive my item?

All items ship out within 24-72 Hours of Payment. Payments made on Sunday-Friday usually ship out the next business day but can vary depending on the amount of auctions we post that certain week.

Does East Carolina Beanies combine shipping or discount on shipping on multiple items?

YES!! Our policy is that we take the auction with the HIGHEST SHIPPING RATE as the base rate and charge and additional $.25 per auction won. All the items must be paid for at the same time and payment is due within 7 days of the FIRST AUCTION WON.

Should you receive multiple invoices, please contact us so we can batch is together for you. Most of the time we catch multiple invoices and correct them automatically.   

Please be sure that you have paid for all auctions at the same time that you wish to ship together. We do ask that you pay for items every 10 days if you are bidding on many items. This helps keep our shipping moving along quickly as all our customers appreciate.

Why did I receive a link sending me to eBay to make payment?

East Carolina Collectibles utilizes the eBay checkout system to send out invoices because of the convenience it provides to customers as well as us! The invoice describes all the items won, links to your won items, and description of all the charges. If paying by Paypal, a link is available on the invoice to generate you paypal payment. 



Can I pick up my auction purchase?

Sorry, all items are shipped via U.S. Mail. We do not operate as a storefront or out of a warehouse, this is a hobby and most work is done at night. We apologize to our neighbors who this may inconvenience. If you live within or near the Bertie/Hertford County Area of North Carolina please let us know. We may be able to ship your item via Parcel Post which usually gets to a local destination as fast as Priority Mail. The destination must be very close within our proximity to qualify for the parcel post shipping discount. The areas we will offer a shipping break to are those who live in Bertie County, NC; Hertford County, NC; & Greenville, NC. If you do not meet the specifications then you will pay the regular rate.



Do you accept Credit Cards?

NO, However, we will accept payments through paypal that have credit cards as the source of payment.

Do you accept PayPal?

YES! We welcome PayPal payments - you may fund them from your credit card, existing balance or you may send an e-check. We will hold any orders paid for via e-check until it clears. 



How long do I have to make my payment?
 
All payments are due within 7days of close of auction. This is plenty of time to get a mail payment to us or to submit payment via PayPal.  If you have a problem with your eBay invoice or checkout, please let us know ASAP. We will fix the problem get you a new or corrected invoice right away.

What other payment methods are accepted?

We accept Money Order in addition to Paypal. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS! If they are received they will be readdressed back to you and payment via Money Order or Paypal will be requested. A $1.00 service fee is added to your balance if a personal check is received. Please keep in mind that all winnings paid with cash of Money Order will not ship out until payment is received.



I am experiencing problems making my payment or just need help! What should I do? 

If you should be confused by the invoices provided, have any questions about your items, or you are new to eBay and feel lost DON'T PANIC! We have had many happy customers do their very first eBay transaction with us and try our best to make their (and yours possibly) first time winning an auction a good one. Please do note that a majority of our e-mails are handled after 7:00 PM EST and that it may take a few hours to respond. When will I receive my invoice for purchases?

Most of our invoices are batched and sent out with 2-3 hours after the auction has been won, if it ends at it's normal closing time. If Buy It Now is used or it is a eBay store item, it could take up to about 7 PM, EST on the day the item was won to receive the invoice. If you are a pro at eBay and are sure of all the charges, please feel free to go ahead and make payment. We are amazed at the amount of payments we receive before we even batch invoices appreciate those who make their prompt payments. THANK YOU!
