I pride myself in the collectible products I offer for auction, and the descriptions I give. I try to be as accurate as possible. I was in the antique and collectible business most of my life, and now I earn a little extra spending change for my retirement enjoyment. Most of the items I sell, I start at $9.99 or lower, even though many of them may have quite a high value. I do this because I am an auction fan, and know when I go to an auction, I like the bidding to start low and work its way to where I want to continue or stop bidding. For this reason, I try to keep those descriptions as accurate as possible. I encourage buyers to write if they have any questions about an item, before bidding. I also ask that when you win an item and do not have a Paypal account, to please pay within 10-14 days. If you are a bidder not serious about paying, please do not bid and waste both of our time. Most important is feedback for all of us, and I take this very seriously. If you ever have a concern about the quality of an item after reading its description, and then receiving it, PLEASE WRITE ME FIRST, RATHER THAN IMMEDIATELY JUMPING ON THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BUTTON, I will always stand behind what I described. NOW WITH THE NEW FEEDBACK STARS, PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN GRADING THE SHIPPING STAR THAT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF SHIPPING ARE SEVERAL IMPORTANT ITEMS BUYERS SEEM TO FORGET; COST OF SHIPPING MATERIALS, TIME TO PROPERLY PACK AN ITEM, TIME AND GAS TO DRIVE TO THE POST OFFICE AND WAIT IN LINE, MOST IMPORTANT IS, ONCE ITEM IS IN THE HANDS OF THE POST OFFICE WE SELLERS NO LONGER HAVE CONTROL OVER THE TIME IT TAKES FOR DELIVERY, AND IT CAN VARY WILDLY. I try to ship within 24 hours after I am paid, unless I happen to be out of town. I always try to communicate this to my buyers. After shipping, I ALWAYS send out a shipping notice via the ebay e-mail system, so you are aware when and how an item was shipped. I ask in my note, that you, the buyer let me know that the item has arrived safely, and you are satisfied with our transaction. Once I know you are satisfied, I leave positive feedback. This is my way of trying to avoid negative or neutral feedback. If anyone has a question why I am now doing this, please feel free to write and I will be happy to explain my reasons.
