WHO IS THE TREASURE HUNT STORE? The Treasure Hunt Store is a merchandising company owned by Brook L. Nuttall, where we Hunt for Treasures by purchasing products from where ever good deals can be found and then offer them to you on eBay.  Most of the time, that means local live auctions.  We make every attempt to test and make sure that the products we sell are functional and to describe in the listings as accurately as possible their condition. WHAT IS OUR GUARANTEE? 95% of the time, we guarantee the merchandise we sell to be in the condition AS IS described in the Auction Listings for 14 days and not "Dead On Arrival" unless otherwise stated.  We will replace the merchandise or refund the original purchase price plus original shipping costs (at our option) when the item "Arrives" in a condition that renders it unfunctional, or "Dead," and/or when the item's auction description states that it is in a better condition than the condition of the item when it "Arrives."  You have 14 days once you receive your item to notify us of a problem.  We will then contact you to make suitable arrangements and authorize a return.  Your item must then be shipped back to us, at your cost, (to arrive back within 15 days, no later than 30 days total from the post marked date that we sent it to you) with the merchandise, and all of its accessories, in the same condition we shipped it to you. Items that are damaged or lost during delivery will be refunded through the appropriate Shipping Service's Insurance Policy according to their policy's requirements and time constraints. The other 5% of the time, we offer the item for sale AS IS ONLY usually because the item has a value even when broken, for parts or for other reasons.  Auctions that are sold AS IS only are sold without any guarantee nor warantee, so PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY.   WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE AUCTION? You are bidding on what you see in the picture/s and read about in the description ONLY!!   If it is not in the picture/s or not stated in the description as an included item, IT IS NOT INCLUDED! (such as manuals, CD's, cables and other accessories) FEEDBACK? We leave feedback only after we know the sale is complete and the customer/buyer is satisfied by having left us feedback.   So please complete the sale and receive positive feedback. If you are not sure you can pay for an item or you are not confident that you want an item, please do NOT bid. SPEEDY SHIPPING? Once we have received confirmation that your payment is cleared, we make every attempt to ship your package within one business day!! (Excluding holidays and weekends.) COMBINING ITEMS FROM VARIOUS AUCTIONS? YES!  we do support and welcome buyers to purchase more than one of our products and YES!  We will ship them together in one box to save you shipping costs (provided that the items can be shipped together reasonably - some of our items are large and heavy and would not be wise to ship together with other items).  So bid on and let us know that you intend to win more than one item, to ensure that we are aware of your intentions.
