If you don't contact me I will assume you don't want to pay, & I will open up an unpaid item case, & issue you a "strike". Ebay only allows you a few strikes before they suspend or terminate your account.

Past experiences has made me change my buyer requirments, it is sad some buyers have to ruin it for others. I ship when payment is confirmed.
