Domestic Shipping: Within the United States we ship with UPS and The United States Postal Service (USPS)

International Shipping: We do ship internationally to any locations serviced by United States Postal Service (USPS). Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Please keep in mind that any customs charges or duties due upon receipt of the item are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Insurance: If you Ship with UPS your item will be insured for up to $100 for free.

Insurance costs for items that are sold for more then $100 or are shipped with USPS are extra and optional. All Dollar Amounts are in US Dollars.

The cost of shipping insurance will be calculated during the checkout. $1.60 per $100 of Insured Value.

All items are available for Local Pickup, unless noted. Refer to out pickup schedule for available times to schedule a pickup. If you are the winning bidder of this item, you can schedule a pickup time following checkout. All pickups will be subject to the 6% Michigan State Sales Tax.

We accept payment transactions via the Kyozou checkout only!

You are able to use PayPal via the Kyozou checkout. After you fill in your shipping information the Kyozou checkout will take you to the PayPal website automatically to make payment. PayPal will then automatically send you back to our checkout system. This is the only method that guarantees your payment will be recognized on our checkout system. Please go through the Kyozou checkout and Not PayPal to send your payment.

Methods of payment are outlined through the Kyozou checkout process, PayPal and Money Orders are accepted.

Kyozou will not collect any passwords or credit card information from you! Our checkout process is designed to communicate with the merchant to confirm that payment has been made and cleared. At no time is the merchant providing Kyozou with any passwords or credit card information.

The winning bidder must make payment arrangements within 3 days. Going through the Kyozou checkout will create an order for your item and is considered making arrangements for payment. Payment must be received within 7 days. If payment has not been received within 7 days of auction close, an unpaid item dispute will be opened.

You are able to send one payment for multiple won items. All of your items from treasuresofgr will show up in the Kyozou Checkout.

Sales within the State of Michigan are subject to 6% sales tax.

If you wish to return an item, please click the RMA button to the right and login with your order number. Treasures Your Store will issue you a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Your order number is located on the invoice that was shipped with your item.

Shipping Charges are not refundable. All returned items must include the RMA and be shipped back to Treasures Your Store within 7 days of receipt of the item.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

The following items are not refundable or returnable: Computer Software, DVD's, CD's, or VHS Tapes.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it, within 7 days of receipt of the item, to us for a full refund,  of the purchase price. Items to be returned must be in the original condition as received. We reserve the right to make deductions for wear and/or damage to the item. Shipping Charges are not refundable.
