1. Do you ship overseas?
Yes. International orders are made possible with payment of wire transfer only. A wire transfer fee of $25 applies (please email for overseas shipping fees).
2. Do you ship to Canada / APO?
Yes. We gladly ship to Canada, and all APO & FPO address.
3. What are the shipping charges and fees?
Shipping charges and insurance within the US are clearly specified on the product page. Shipping charges to Canada, APO, FPO is approximately $25 additionally depending on the value of the package. All additional fees like brokerage and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
4. How long does it take to get the product to US/Canada?
Please allow 5-7 days for US delivery and 10-14 days for delivery to Canada. Paid orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
5. What accessories and warranty are included in the box?
All our products are brand new, factory sealed, and contain original warranty and accessories as provided by the manufacturer. USA products are clearly marked as such. This applies unless otherwise specified on the product.
6. Is the item new or an opened box?
All our products are brand new unless otherwise specified. We are an Authorized distributor for all major brands.
7. Why do you hold checks for such a long time?
We are required to hold checks until it clears the bank. This process generally takes 2 weeks for US customers and 4 weeks for Canadian customers unless a US Postal Money Order is sent.
8. Why did you not leave feedback?
Feedback is left in response to a customer feedback request and is done once a week.
9. What is your return policy?
We will gladly replace defective merchandise. All returns are for exchange only.
10. Do you accept paypal?
We accept paypal on most items, from all USA confirmed customers, all others should call us with their major credit card for payment. Please see specific auction to see if Paypal is accepted.
11. Can I pick up the winning auction from your store?
Winning bidder must call our store at 1-212-633-6099 prior to picking up item to make proper arrangements. No item can be picked up without calling first.
