Summary of My Selling Policies

Payment

Payment is due and must be made with-in (72) hours of auction end. If you are using the Buy-it-Now option payment is required immediately, otherwise you have (5) business days (not including weekends) to make payment via U.S. Mail. Please also include the item description and eBay item number when making payment transaction through the mail; otherwise, I will not know what you have purchased.

We prefer PayPal payments, but on certain auctions we accept Money Orders and in these cases there is a (10) business day clearance with the bank. That’s two full weeks (including weekends) before shipping. (no foreign currency or personal checks) Only United States Postal Service money orders will be accepted. All payments are to be done in USD.

However, please note: new eBay rules require payments via PayPal. Items ship out immediately after funds have cleared. 

International winning bidders must pay by PayPal or International Money Order payable in U.S. Funds. I reserve the right to relist any item that is not paid for within 10 days of the close of listing.

Failure to send payment within (5) business days via the U.S. Mail (excluding weekends) after auction ends and is not received on time will result in the sale being revoked and an Unpaid Item alert will be filed with eBay. (3) Strikes will result to getting banned from EBAY.COM. You will also receive an automatic negative feedback from us. If you leave negative or neutral feedback without contacting us first we also reserve the right to block bidders from bidding on our items in the future.

Feedback

Feedback is very beneficial to both buyer and seller. Please review our feedback and bid with confidence. If you purchased from us on eBay, positive feedback will be left for you when we’ve received positive feedback letting us know that you’ve received your item and that everything is okay.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, please do not use the feedback forum to complain. Contact us directly before leaving neutral or negative feedback so we can discuss any issues you may have. We reserve the right to use our discretion on resolving your issues. We guarantee it will be handled promptly.

Shipping

Insurance

No one likes to pay for shipping; neither do I, but... Our auction product prices are fair and reasonable so when leaving feedback, please remember that the amount of (shipping and handling) may include the price of boxes, padded envelopes, tape, labels, packing slip, invoices, printer ink and/or packaging materials such as tissue paper, peanuts, foam, cardboard or newspapers. This is standard industry policy and is not negotiable. Having said that...see instructions below.

Shipping only to the 48 continental United States. We do NOT ship to Canada or Puerto Rico. NO foreign sales/shipments/bidding without prior consent. Shipping to PayPal confirmed address only. Please make sure that your PayPal address is up to date with the correct zip code information so that your package will get to you in a timely manner. Is it not our responsibility to check your shipping address - please make sure your address is updated in PayPal or in the money order note that you send us.

Items ship Priority Mail, First Class Mail, United Parcel Service or Parcel Post. Although we have to enter method of shipment on eBay, we reserve the right to choose which method of shipment is acceptable after close of auction. UNLESS A FLAT RATE IS GIVEN, ALL other shipping fees quoted are only estimates and some may be higher or lower. If they are higher we absorb the extra costs, if they are lower, no refunds will be issued. Unlike some eBay Sellers, we do not try to make extra money on your shipping costs (we try very hard to give you the best shipping rates wherever possible according to weight, box size  and traveling distance) however, freight is determined after auction according to zip code or address information given and method of shipment. eBay’s shipping calculator is not always correct because it does not take unique package size or distance calculation into consideration.

We are not responsible for Lost, Stolen, Damaged Packages w/o Insurance, or shipping delays caused by the shipper.  I promise to pack your item well, but once we ship your item, it’s out of our hands and we are no longer responsible for what happens to it from there. Insurance is available except for international bidders (due to rates and other restrictions). Insurance only covers shipping damages or loss and will not cover a client’s accidental fault upon installation or handling once the item arrived. Priority Mail covers up to $100 in insurance and provides a tracking number. Delivery Confirmation for the U.S. only.

Any items that are expensive or breakable such as pottery, glass, pictures w/glass and some wooden items require insurance which will be included in the price of shipping since eBay no longer has this as an option on their listing page. All items paid for by PayPal include Delivery Confirmation.

Delivery

We ship within a maximum of 24-72 hours from the time your payment is accepted or has cleared the bank provided the USPS office is not closed because of a weekend or holiday. * Shipping within 24 hours when paid via PayPal (unless other circumstances prevent this), excluding weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays or post office closures.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. As with most listed auctions, we do not offer refunds on any items unless we have inadvertently or grossly misrepresented something. We understand that things do come up at times that cannot be helped and we will work with you as long as you inform us of your situation. If a refund is due, we expect the item to be returned within (7) days after receipt/delivery and returned in original condition and packaging if boxed. If shipped by envelope, please use a new one.

If for any reason we offer an exchange or refund, it would be the buyers (winning bidder) responsibility to pay for all cost of shipping (meaning both ways), the item being returned to us and the cost of shipping the item back to buyer.  Bidder agrees that shipping costs are never, ever refundable for any reason.  As in true auction style, all sales are considered final.

Please use the "ask seller question" link to contact us. We will try to answer within 12 hours or less. Again, please leave proper contact information such as your email address or phone number so we can get back to you as soon as possible should you have any questions or concerns. If you do not ask, we cannot help you after you’ve bid. Your bid is a contract to purchase.

Please remember that we're not always at the computer every minute of the day or night, so when making an inquiry do it at least 24 hours before an auction ends. Not at the last minute expecting us to answer your questions before you want to place a bid. Give us some proper time to respond.

Costume Jewelry

If this is an auction for vintage jewelry some wear is not uncommon but if there are any significant defects I will be sure to let you know. Please note: Virtually all of my new costume jewelry pieces are from suppliers who EXCLUSIVELY use Swarovski Austrian crystal rhinestones. These pieces themselves are not made by Swarovski but they contain stones that are. You will be able to tell the difference from the more generic rhinestones.

Non-Paying Bidders

This seller participates in the non-paying bidder program. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay.  We reserve the right to cancel any listing at anytime with or without bids.
