History/background
This company began with just two of us working to make ends meet. We have since hired more employees and we work hard to get quality items to you our customers. We are not perfect as we are all only human (and our dog Charlie).
Payment policy
Paypal, money orders, bank drafts, and yes we do the occasional wire transfer for amounts over $1000
Shipping information
We ship UPS ground, USPS Priority International and we use freightquote for larger items. We do try to send tracking as soon as the item ships but I've discovered that the USPS does not send them in a timely fashion. We try to use a shipping calculator on our auctions but occasionally we do forget to add it.
We work hard to keep shipping prices low so we can earn those 5-stars for shipping charges.
Return policy
We do not have a return policy as all of our items are listed as Sold AS IS Untested unless we describe further. An individual item may have a return policy and if so it will be stated in the auction itself.

Beware the Dog
We have a large dog on the premises. She's pictured in the photos. Please remove dark sunglasses and hats before entering our building, she's friendly if she can see your face clearly.
Flexiblity
We are more than flexible when it comes to helping our customers have the best shopping experience. All items are available for inspection prior to auction end. You're welcome to come check it out! You're also welcome to check other items we have here on the lot. If you're picking an item up bring a few extra bucks cause we might have something else to suit you. We have experienced forklift drivers and we load for free. We will however, not drive 10 miles with a heavy package just to get a quote that you may or may not accept. I don't have the manpower to cater to special requests.
