My Boys!!

Hi everyone. My name is Kimberly and I am thrilled that you would take the time to read about me.

I am a wife and  mother of two rapidly growing boys. I have an 18 yr. old and a 14 yr old.  Until recently I was a full time Over-The-Road truck driver. My husband and I recently moved from Iowa to Laughlin, Nevada.  I enjoy traveling the country and loved driving but for a few different reasons I am off the road and I believe for good this time. Ebay was like a second job while I was on the road hence-forth the name of my page, Kimberly's 2nd Second. Our lives have more stress due to the loss of a big chunk of income and changes in our family life but we are trying to make due and what money I do make on Ebay is a BIG help.

When I am not working around the house or on Ebay I love going out in search of the Ultimate Find. Ultimate Find......What this is or if it even exists I have no idea but I will never know if I am not looking. I like going out and searching for things that others may want. It's sort of like Christmas to me....I love the feeling of finding that certain thing that people want and making them happy even if it is just for a brief moment. I also love the sport of the hunt. I have a sister that does Ebay also and it is fun to watch each others things and get together and talk about it. We also enjoyed going to thrifts, auctions, consignment and such together. I will really miss not being able to do this with her anymore as she still lives in Iowa.  She has a full time job as Home managers for their household. Yes I consider this a job!!!!! So when we got together to thrift or, "go saleing" as we call it, it was a form of stress release for us and we'd have a ball laughing and carrying on doing it. I think there is also this hidden and unspoken competition between us which is good healthy fun. Yes, the money I make on Ebay is ALOT  of  help to us right now financially, but I think that the sport of it for me is even better. It really helps me keep a part of my sanity believe it or not. I think that us being in different parts of the counrty might spark an even bigger and better competativeness between us. LOL

Well, Thanks to all who have read this. I appreciate you taking the time out of what I bet is a busy life since today's world would have it no other way. I really hope that you will take a look at my auctions and enjoy my finds.
