Not-So-Happy Feedback

• Simply stated, we do not believe in Negative Feedback. At the time of this writing, through NINE YEARS of eBay participation (using different eBay ID's), we have never RECEIVED nor LEFT any negative feedback.
• If you have any problems with any item you purchase and receive from us, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!! we will always try to "make it right" for you. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us and we do not consider any auction or sale to be successful until our customer is HAPPY.
• A Happy Customer = a Happy Trollbeadles. Both are dependent on the other!

• Payment MUST be received within FIVE (5) days of closing of the item or the end of the auction. If you are bidding on more than one item, you can request an extension to that rule.
• All payments must be in U.S. Funds (USD).
• As for non-payment, we understand that not paying for an item is most often a simple oversight. We will make friendly attempts to remind the buyer before we begin to consider taking action that would involve eBay. If our efforts remain unsuccessful and an item remains unpaid for more than 20 days, we will file a "non-paying bidder" report with eBay so we can receive a "Final Value Fee Credit." As quoted from eBay: "If a buyer gets too many strikes in too short a time period, their account will be suspended indefinitely. In some cases, limits may be placed on the buyer’s account in advance of suspension."

Please note that shipping and handling (S/H) charges include secure and safe packaging using protective bubble-mailers.  Very minimal charges to cover the cost of the shipping materials are included in these S/H charges.  Using U.S. Postal Service as a carrier, we offering the following:

• FREE FIRST CLASS DOMESTIC SHIPPING - using United States Postal Service (USPS) (BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INSURANCE CHARGES);
• If you choose USPS Priority Mail - cost to buyer is $5.25; or
• If you choose USPS Express Mail - cost to buyer is $16.75.

PLEASE NOTE: IF INSURANCE IS NOT PURCHASED, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO TO EITHER HELP, TRACK, REPLACE OR REFUND FOR ANY DAMANGE OR LOST ITEM. WE CANNOT CONTROL HOW ANY MAIL SERVICE OR CARRIER HANDLES OR MISHANDLES ANY PACKAGE.

--> IMPORTANT NOTES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

1. Added Charges. There is an added a minimal $1.00 per package and $0.50 per item surcharge to cover the extra time and personal handling that is required for all International shipments. Customs forms require a lot of extra time to complete, and also require a trip to the carrier's office to directly hand each package to the carrier. It is illegal to place any International shipment in a post box or drop box; which would cause obvious delays in shipping.
2. Other Countries for Shipping. If your country or region is not shown above, or is not referenced in the shipping charges below, it does not mean we will not ship to your country. If you want to request shipping to another country or region, please contact us before bidding. It's quite possible we would be able to accommodate you request! :-)

Insurance - Domestic/US and International

When Required vs. Optional

All insurance costs are paid for by auction winner and is based on the final total value of all of the item/s won.

• Under $100 total value - Insurance is Optional
• Over $100 total value - Insurance is Required

International Mail Exception

For International shipping, if insurance is not an option that can be purchased, either "Certificate of Mailing" or "Registered Mail" will be required.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

1. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage incurred during handling by the shipping carrier/service. Purchasing insurance is the only protection we can offer to the buyer. We STRONGLY encourage the purchase of insurance; most especially if the value of your item/s exceeds $100.
2. If your item/s are valued at more than $100, and you explicitly refuse to include insurance, we will retain all communications and comply with your request. Once again,you must realize that we have no responsibility regarding loss or damage - and would be unable to file any claim with the mail carrier.

Purchasing insurance is the buyer's only option for protection against loss or damage by the shipping carrier.
Trollbeadles is not able to provide any or additional loss or damage coverage without the purchase of insurance.

Standard Shipping Dates

Basic Shipping Rules

1. Standard shipping days are Tuesdays and Fridays (particularly for items that need to be hand-carried directly to the Post Office).
2. After receiving cleared payment, your item/s are generally shipped within three business days.
3. Although our policy is to ship within four (4) business days of receiving cleared payment, your item will most likely ship the next business day after we receive cleared payment.

What Is the Shipping Policy Regarding Different Payment Types

1. PayPal transactions that complete the payment by either credit card or bank transfer ship on the next Tuesday/Friday (and usually on the next business day after we receive payment).
2. PayPal transactions that completed by using the eCheck system go through a clearing process that is approximately three-four days. After we receive notification of the eCheck clearing, the item/s then ship on the next Tuesday/Friday.
3. Personal Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Check cause a delay of approximately TEN business days, or until the check clears through our bank. After the check clears the bank, your item/s will then ship on the next Tuesday/Friday.

We regret that we are not set up to be able to accept standard returns.

We try our best to describe the item in as much detail as possible in the auction's listing.

However, based on everyone's unique perspectives and interpretations, we respect people often have wonderful and unique interpretations of a description. We encourage open communication, as we are committed to customer satisfaction and would hope that everyone feels comfortable contacting us.

Please be sure to understand what you are purchasing before bidding. "Buyer's Remorse" after the auction ends, or after receipt of the item, cannot be our responsibility!

In the case of Trollbeads, we STRONGLY encourage every customer to read our description of the method of Trollbeads' creation. Each Trollbead - whether it is called a standard or a Unique/OOAK Trollbead - is created by hand, and not by machine. There are going to be differences - sometimes great enough to be seen by the naked eye - eve in the "exact" same "standard" Trollbead. In the case of Unique/OOAK or One-of-a-Kind Trollbeads, they receive that classification because they are created as "prototypes" or development Trollbeads, and therefore can almost universally be considered "imperfect." It would be impossible for us to describe every point that makes the bead "Unique." The fact that are imperfect is exactly what makes them so very highly sought-after and collectible!
