This contains our address for mailing money orders and
cashiers checks.
Once payment has been received we will email you a "thank

Delivery confirmation
is obtained from Endicia (USPS software). If you
receive a DC number then the postage has already been
paid by us for the shipment and your order will be shipping
on the date mentioned in our "thank
you - payment received"

Delivery Confirmation numbers may not always be used for
tracking purposes as they are consider by USPS to be delivery
confirmation numbers and not tracking numbers. Delivery
Confirmation scans occur when and item is delivered.

SHIPPING

Orders
received and confirmed delivered by the United States
Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Scan are considered
delivered. If you feel that the shipping address is not
a secure location for shipping then please choose an alternate
shipping address.
USPS insurance does not cover packages that are lost or
stolen AFTER they have been delivered.
PO BOXES. TrueColorImaging/alotofthings.com does ship
via Priority Mail to PO BOXES. If your listed address
contains both a PO BOX and physical address BOTH will
be listed in the sipping label unless you state that only
one should be used. Some locations actually use both for
shipping purposes. If both are specified then both is
what will be entered in the label.
Orders
returned as undeliverable or return to sender will be
subject to an additional shipping and handling fee for
reshipment if the error was not on the part of TrueColorImaging/alotofthings.com,
but on the part of the purchaser. If the item was incorrectly
shipped by TrueColorImaging/alotofthings.com the item
will be reshipped at the cost of TrueColorImaging/alotofthings.com.
Where
we do not ship: We do not ship to location that the
post office does not allow for Delivery Confirmation.
The Ship-to address must be a valid USPS Delivery Confirmation
capable address for us to ship to that location. |

listings contain product guarantee and/or return policy
within the listing.
Returning
an item. If you need to return an item you must request
a RMA number (Return merchandise Authorization.) The return
merchandise authorization must be written clearly on the
outside of the box and inside on a sheet of paper. Any
package returned for any reason including you purchased
ink for the wrong cartridge, etc will be refused if it
does not have an RMA (return merchandise authorization).
To Request and RMA: From any listing we sell, including
the listing you originally purchased from clickon "ask
seller a question". From this link you can request
RMA.
All items that were in the original package must be returned
unless otherwise stated in writing. This includes instruction
sheets, cartridge clips, protective caps, etc. Any items
missing from the original order will either be refused
and returned or the missing items will be deducted from
total at retail value. |
