2ND, RE-THINK ALL OUR FOREIGN AID MONEY AND REDUCE A BUNCH. THEN RE-INVEST INTO AMERICAN INFRASTRUCTURE AND A HI SPEED RAIL SYSTEM CRIS-CROSSING THE USA,  BUILD DAMS & NUKE PLANTS AND PUT ALOT OF FOLKS TO WORK FOR MANY YEARS BUILDING & FIXING IT ALL. 

3RD SET A GOAL TO GET THE COUNTRY OFF ITS ADDICTION TO FOSSIL FUELS. I THINK THE BEST ANSWER IS PLAIN OLD ELECTRIC CARS, TRUCKS, BUSES, & TRAINS. JUST FOCUS AS A COUNTRY ON MAKING THEM BETTER & BETTER, LIGHTER, FASTER, & MORE TIME BETWEEN CHARGES. GET THE ELECTRIC POWER FROM "NUKE" POWER PLANTS, & SOME WIND & WATER POWER SYSTEMS... AGAIN KEEP MAKING THEM BETTER & SAFER...ITS ALL VERY CLEAN. EVERY CITY PARKING METER & PARKING LOTS WILL HAVE A DOLLAR BILL ACCEPTING "CHARGER" PLUG IN SPOTS.     ; )
