Thanks for taking the time to check out my 'about me' page.  My family and I currently live in The Colony Texas, which is a suburb of Dallas.  We have been fortunate enough to have lived on the east coast (NJ) on the west coast (CA) and in between. 

The Bluebonnet Bead Barn was born in the late spring of 2005.  Shortly after my job as a software tester ended (products were sent out of the country), I found myself with some time on my hands.  I became attracted to making jewelry.  (I know, my husband didn't think it was the best time to get a hobby either!)

The beads were so shiny, beautiful, and addictive!! - BUT RETAIL IS SO EXPENSIVE!!  So I decided to try to find some great wholesale deals on Czech glass beads, and came across some right priced suppliers.  I thought this may be an opportunity to open up a little on-line store and offer some great beads (at great prices) for your projects.
