Tulsa*Antiques - Selling Antique and Vintage Furniture, Collectibles, Clocks and some New Reproduction Furniture and Decorator Items.  We have been Selling on Ebay for approximately 7  years and have been blessed with meeting many nice Ebayers.  It is a joy to pass on these beautiful items that have been well cared for all of  these years.  We have been collecting antiques for 35+ years,  selling antiques for 15+ years.

Our Goal as Sellers: Honesty, Integrity, Good-Heartedness, Exellent Customer Service, Professional Packaging, Prompt Shipping!  We believe prompt shipping means within 7-14 days, not 4-12  weeks as some Sellers. Smaller items usually ship within a few days, larger furniture items ship within 7 days to 14 days, sometimes a bit longer as some items require many packages or we have a week where we have sold alot of large furniture, larger items require more time.  We strive to stay within the 2 week time frame. We ship items in order of payment so the faster you pay the sooner you are put on the packing list.  Buyers are excited and can't wait to see what they have purchased and we understand that.  We feel the same way as you.  We try to think like the Buyer.

    Our Belief System:  We believe that everyone should be treated with diginity and respect. We believe honesty and integrity and good communication are the greatest assests for any Seller. We strive to give our buyers  the very best service and shipping rates for our buyers.  We have a professional packager custom pack each item according to it's specific  needs.

Pick Up:  You are always welcome to pick up your items at our location in Tulsa, OK at no extra charge, but we must collect sales tax when you pick up items in Oklahoma, it's the law.   We have met many fine people on Ebay from all the U.S. and abroad.

Shipping and Claims:  We ship most furniture items with Greyhound GPX, a terminal to terminal service for pick up at your area terminal. Please send your phone number when you win an item. Greyhound does an excellent job of shipping with less handling than most carriers. Less handling means less risk of your item arriving damaged.  You should open your item at the terminal to check for damage. If you do not open it there and you find damage at home, you must save all package materials and box and return with it to the terminal where you picked it up in a timely manner within a few days so a damage report can be made. This is a requirement of Greyhound for your Claim and  refund. They will start a claim for you at that time if damage is found. Please notify us immediately of any damage and send photo's.    All shippers require retention of  packaging  materials and box for inspection for damage claims, otherwise your claim will be denied.  Please be patient with the claims process as it is out of our hands. It can take from 4-12 weeks to process. Larger items may need to ship freight carrier. You must open your crates before signing off on the delivery in case of damage.
