Graded Items:
Grade A
A Grade A Item is normally an item purchased from new and our customer has either:
Refused delivery / returned within their 14days CSG / Undelivered. These items are classed as new
Grade B
A Grade B item is normally a return due to fault and has been repaired and tested for a min of 2hours before being resold
Grade C
A Grade C item is normally an item with some sort of damage to it and is pictured and described in all listings
Delivery Options:
All items are sent out with some sort of signed for delivery it may be:
Royal Mail Signed For (Recorded)
Courier

Other options are available on request

FAQ:
How long do i have to wait for delivery ?
Delivery for Royal Mail is normally between 1-5working Days
Couriered items are normally Next Working day as long as they are paid for before 3pm.

How Can i Pay ?
The fastest and easiest way to pay is Paypal although we do offer others such as:

Can I Collect My Item ?
You can collect your items from our warehouse address listed on the left of this listing.

Why am i being charged for re-delivery ?
If your item is returned to us we will contact you by email / phone if you have a number listed on ebay and let you know, we will expect you to pay return postage as we will not incur a loss due to non delivered items.

I am a trader can i buy your goods ?
Of course you can. Any items listed on ebay as graded stock are sold as that but if you want to buy NEW stock from us please contact michael@turbosat.com and he will be able to provide information on Trade purchasing

Can i get my money back if i am not happy ?
Yes. All items sold through our eBay store graded / new are eligible for this guarantee. We ask that if you want to return a graded item because you are not happy to return at your own cost and you will not receive a refund on the postage paid when placing your order.
