Hello Everyone! Thank you for your interest in tweakedice. We appreciate your business and we will do whatever we can to make your transaction Quick & Easy.

We recieve a lot of emails on a daily basis, a lot of which consist of the same or similar questions. Below is a list of frequently asked questions with our responses to help reduce the amount of emails we recieve.

1 - Q. When will I recieve my item?

1 - A. Depending on where you live, it can take anywhere from 1 to 5 UPS / FedEx business days (this excludes Saturdays & Sundays). Since we are located in Southern California, our neighboring states will typicaly recieve their packages sooner than other states that are farther away.

2. - Q. When will you send out my item?

2. - A. We are active on ebay almost all day and night and we try to ship out our products the same day or very next day (if its not a weekend) depending at what time of the day you purchase it. If there is a delay, we will contact you about it.

3. - Q. Can you please leave me a feedback?

3. - A. We only leave you feedback as soon as you give us one.

4. - Q. Will you ship to Canada, Mexico, or any other country other than the USA?

4. - A. We only ship to the 48 Contiguous USA States only. We have shiped outside the country before and have only had problems and headaches with customs. Sorry. :(

5. - Q. Will you give me a shipping discount if we buy more than one item... and do you combine shipping?

5. - A. We can not give any shipping discounts because our prices are already very low, even with shipping included. If we do combine shipping, the package will be considered as oversize and will not recieve any break ourselves on that.

6. - Q. My item (or part of my item) arrived broken or damaged. Will you replace it?

6. - A. You MUST contact us within 5 days of recieving the package so that we can replace whatever is broken. The shipping courier has a deadline of how long after you recieve a package to file a shipping damage claim. After you provide us with some detailed information, the shipping courier will come inspect and retrive the broken item from your location. If you wait too long after that then we can not do anything for you.

7. - Q. I tried to check my tracking number that you gave me but it isn't working. Is it correct? What is wrong?

7. - A. If we gave you a tracking number that same day, the shipping courier most likely hasn't picked up the package from our location yet. Please wait until the following day to check the status of your delivery.

8. - Q. Will this underglow kit fit on my car? I have a so and so car.

8. - A. These are universal underglow kits designed to fit on most cars. There are no car specific underglow kits available (unless it was custom made).

9. - Q. Why was my payment refunded to me?

9. - A. Either your address is unconfirmed in paypal or your address is a PO Box. Addresses that are unconfirmed in paypal means that we are ineligable for protection in the event that it is a stolen ebay/paypal account. Please make sure your address is confirmed in paypal before you purchase one of our items. If your address is a PO Box, we will contact you to provide us a different physical address. If you do not respond or if you do not have a different address your payment will be refunded.

Another instance that your payment will be refunded is if you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, or Virgin Islands. These are all USA states/territories but require a much higher shipping cost. If you would like us to ship to one of the above mentioned, please contact us first for a shipping price.

10. - Q. Can I do a local pick up on this item?

10. - A. No, There are absolutely no local pick ups on any of our items. Sorry.
