Most saddles are special order and drop shipped directly from my supplier to you. ALL SADDLES COME WITH A WARRANTY CARD AND HAVE A 5 YEAR MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY ON THE TREE. FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE LOWER 48 US STATES, PLEASE EMAIL ME FOR SHIPPING INFORMATION. ATTENTION - INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS DUTIES ACCORDING TO YOUR DESTINATION. DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY - OVERSIZED DIMENSIONAL SHIPPING FOR SADDLES MAY BE EXPENSIVE. ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO ADDRESSES ADD $50 FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FOR ADULT SIZE SADDLES. SHIPPING TIME - I ship all items, EXCEPT saddles, see above, within 2 days of receiving payment. Delivery confirmation numbers from the USPS is NOT a tracking number. Some items are shipped USPS Parcel Post. PARCEL POST DELIVERY can take from 1-3 weeks. Please be patient.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Takes up to four weeks for delivery. Customs duties are the buyers responsibility. Please do not ask us to mark items as gifts. This is illegal and I am not loosing my shipping method or getting arrested because of wrongfully marking a purchased item as a gift.
FEEDBACK POLICY:
ATTENTION BUYERS: When you are leaving FEEDBACK FOR YOUR TRANSACTION, please understand the NEW feedback system that Ebay has in place now. IT IS VERY MISLEADING. Most buyers don't understand the 5 star DETAILED SELLER RATING score system, when you rate the details of the transaction, is seriously flawed. The score you can give is 1-5 stars with 5 stars being the highest score. Although you can give 3 and 4 stars to show that you are satisfied with your transaction, Ebay will PENALIZE the sellers for getting less than a 5 star rating by charging higher fees and pay pal penalties for getting less than a perfect score. I know, nobody thinks its fair. But, unless someone actually explains this to the buyers, then the buyer doesn't even know that they are penalizing us sellers for less than a 5 star rating. So, please if you are satisfied with your purchase, please give a 5 star rating instead of a 3 or 4 star rating. This will help to keep us from raising our prices to make up for the added fees that Ebay and Pay Pal charges the sellers for a less than perfect score. We do not leave positive feedback on any transaction until positive feedback has been left for us first. This means that once you have received your product and your item is AS DESCRIBED, then we are happy that the transaction has been successfully completed.
Any unjustified negative, or neutral feedback left for us is automatically reciprocated, and the buyer is blocked from further purchases from us.
If a buyer makes a threat of leaving negative feedback at any time during our transaction, or makes rude, cruel or hurtful remarks, that buyer is automatically blocked from further purchases. We choose to only deal with professional, courteous buyers. If you have been a long time buyer from us, then it is because we value your professionalism, thank you for making Ebay a better place to sell.
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: This is a tool used by Ebay to protect buyers from unscrupulous sellers. It is not a mighty sword to wield so that others may fear purchasing. Let's be fair to each other. Negative feedback should be given to a seller only under extreme circumstances, and only after a fair amount of time has been given to resolve the matter with the seller. It is extremely frustrating for any seller to receive negative feedback from a buyer, when the buyer does not even contact the seller about the problem. Please allow a minimum of 1 month to resolve a matter with a seller, including involving Ebay and/or Paypal.
