• My is to provide hair sticks or other jewelry that is hand-made and fun to wear, with a simple elegance to their appearance that puts a big smile on your face when you open the package. And a bigger smile when you look in the mirror.
• To accomplish this, Penelope & Co. guarantees your satisfaction. Please contact me within 7 days to make it right. If I can't do that, then I will be glad to send you a refund, once the sticks are returned. Customer is responsible for return postage.
• Please keep in mind that all parts of these hair sticks are hand made. Any imperfections you see are natural in origin, and I always think this adds to the character of the piece. Not machine made perfection but honestly created by nature and fashioned by human hands.
• My hair sticks and jewelry should be considered one of a kind creations. I will do my very best to match the sticks you originally purchased should you wish for an exchange. But the lampwork beads can be a problem. I buy these from talented glass artists, and they do not always have more of these same beads available.
• But above all, it ain't over 'til you're happy!

• I try to describe the items being auctioned to the best of my ability, and to provide pictures to show the items well. Photographing jewelry has turned out to be harder than it looks. Please bear with me when the pictures are not the best.
• By all means be comfortable with your bid. Ask any questions you may have before you bid. 
• If you are bidding on multiple items, please contact me so that I don't invoice you early.
• Multiple items can be combined within a 7 day period to save on shipping.

• Shipping and Handling for this item is stated in the details section. Domestic shipping is through the USPS. We do combines shipping to save you money. Especially with Priority Mail, there can be a generous leeway in the postage required when the items are light weight. You will receive a fair shake on the postage and handling for combined auctions.
• Spending more than $50.00? FREE SHIPPING IN THE US & CANADA!
• All items shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes - not padded envelopes. 
• Packages are shipped with appropriate delivery confirmation or certificate of mailing included in the S&H costs.
• Insurance is optional but I do encourage everyone to take it. I cannot be responsible for packages once they leave my hands. Insurance for items under $50 will be $1.30 in the US and Canada. International insurance will be $1.85 when shipped through USPS for under $50.
• All shipping is supervised by Marco Polo. Please excuse the occasional cat hair. Finally, please contact me to arrange for his return should he or his brother Abu succeed in their attempts to stay in the box...

• If you are unfamiliar with the cost of international shipping, please contact me prior to making your bid. Shipping of fragile or large items can get VERY expensive since these rates are based on WEIGHT as well as SIZE of container.
• Insurance is also a big variable in international shipping. Cheaper shipping options often won allow you to insure your package. Don't let the shipping be a surprise to you. Check with me for a quote. I stand by my quotes. I may give you a better price after the auction but I will not charge you more.
• Payment through PayPal in USD is preferred on international bids. International money orders in USD are acceptable.
• All transactions will have appropriate delivery or certificate of mailing charges added to the S&H costs.

• Please do not bid unless you intend to complete the transaction.
• Non-Paying Bidders are reported to eBay with the appropriate actions taken (leaving negative feedback, placed on my restricted bidders list, etc.)
