Hi, I'm Kim. Thanks for looking at my About Me page. I have been making lampwork beads since January, 2005. I work with both soft and hard glass, using a Minor torch, here at my home based studio in north central Texas. All the beads I sell have been annealed using a computerized kiln for strength and durability. The bead holes are thoroughly cleaned using a diamond dremel bit.

My facination with hot glass came about as a child, while on a Girl Scout field trip, visiting a glass studio in Canada. Little did I know, that 35 years later, I would be melting my own glass...and living in Texas.

I am a member of Wet Canvas, International Society Of Glass Beadmakers, SRA, Lampwork Etc, The Bead Hive, Glass Makers, Annealer Magazine, and Glass Artists Org.
