I have this online consignment store and I will offer clothing all gently used or many new with and without tags items in many sizes! . I love vintage clothing, purses and all the other stuff, that is my own personal style. Many times I make impulsive purchases and they sit in the closet with no wear, now they need good homes. I only consign online the best quality items I have checked carefully, the rest go back to the owners if they do not meet my qualifications to sell here. Although they are not my clothes, it's my name once they go out the door. I buy items from vintage stores and warehouses and pass them along here as well as having a consignment list of ladies who frequent me to sell their items has grown over two years to 357 people!!!!.
I do everything to assure quality, for I want you as a customer. Returns are a hassle, just like a consignment store all sales are final. .... Without fail, I used to accept returns, but 8 out of 9 items that came back worn/ruined/stained or no reason-at-all by the buyer and I was stuck with cost.............I do believe ultimately all people are good.....but not all folks are honest, so unless there is a serious oversight in the item, I do not accept returns.
I do ship often, but not everyday........I many times wait a day for other payments to come in and mail all at once. I will always ship timely and within a 48 hour period, so PLEASE be patient, this is not my full time job,so I have to balance running to the post office when I can get away from the day job to do so...:)
Mondays are the one day you can count on shipping, auctions usually end with me on the weekends and when I receive payment, I get the item going as fast as I can so I can go on to the home matters!
Please keep in mind, on any given weekend there has been on average, 100 separate items sold with 100 packages to be mailed out. Processing that many can take all weekend, so I do it as fast as I can. I do not select who gets the item out first by payment, in a weekend there could be payments coming in and at the end of the day, I start from the topof the page and print labels. Unless you email me, your package could go out between Monday-Tuesday. If the quickest delivery is important to you, please email me and I will promise to have your package out Monday morning!
Once I begin the process of gettting packages out, we start on Saturday and can go through Tuesday night. It takes a TON OF WORK!!!
I include tracking to protect both of us. We want your package to get to you and we want to know how to find it if lost.
The post office I use almost NEVER logs the package in because I always use the chute located in the post office lobby, to avoid standing in line to deliver 100 packages. Through my experience, my packages never show anything until they reach your city, or are delivered to you so don't panic it will get to you :)
Once it leaves here, it is out of my hands where it went, so please, refer to your tracking number.
The instructions for tracking your package:
1) go to the item and click "View order details"
2) you will see wording on the right middle of that page, the wording could say "Label created"< "In transit"< "En route" or there could just be a tracking number...........any of this wording all means basically the same thing, click on that to the next page.
3) Click on the above and then you will see a USPS information smaller box appear. Almost always, there will be nothing there but the notification of intended shipping. I mail my packages through the large chute at the post office. They almost never will scan them before leaving the station, so you shoulden't be looking for the word "acceptance". I never know why they scan some and not others, just keep in mind it will not always give you information, but that does not mean I didn't mail it!
This policy I use for shipping is in compliance with Pay Pal & eBay regulations.
Insurance is always optional, however I cannot stress enough how important it really is! Any item up to $50.00 value is only $1.70 ...........That is your protection should it ever be permanantly lost,damaged, shredded you get compensation. I always state the value of the item 50% over what you paid, so if lost, you can recover what you paid including shipping.
GIFT WRAPPING:
I am happy to gift wrap any item for delivery, the cost is $3.50 for any item, extra for a special request.
SHIPPING:
We pride ourself on fast shipping, but please keep in mind I have a full time day job, this night job here, a 11 year old son and many other activities.........so I guess I am a busy working woman and can fall short on time, or a detail. If I make a misake let me know, there is never any intent to fall behind or make an error. Drop me an email and let me kmow how we can fix the problem.

HOW YOUR ITEM IS CARED FOR HERE:
Before each item leaves here, I will wash it (if already used) or use the DRYEL dry cleaning system to assure freshness. I do have animals, (that are not allowed to roll around in my stuff)
A great percentage of these items I sell come from other homes where there are smokers, so using DRYEL does seem to really do the job. So far, there is great feedback and I think I do a good job of making sure everything is element free when it leaves here. I need to state, I cannot completely control the smell of smoke, it still always entirerly possible that a sensitive nose can still smell smoke,so please keep that in mind when bidding. I am not a smoker myself and sometimes I have bought garmets from smoking homes and I have always been able to remove the smell from dry cleaning or other methods on my own personal garmets. Understand you may wish to have your garmet cleaned again if you are not satisfied with the outcome of when I get it to you.
I will certainly do my best, but there is only so much I can do to completely eliminate the smell from every single item. A professional dry cleaner would be your best bet.
We do understand chemical sensitivity, so please know if you cannot tolerate Dryel or a fabric sheet, please let me know that before your item is shipped.
NON PAYING BIDDERS:
I hate to include this, but need to, so policy can be enforced. You have 7 DAYS to pay for the auction upon winning, unless you email me with a payment date, I cannot read your mind, so please let me know when and how you are paying if you need to exceed the 7 days. I am a reasonable person and I know things can and do happen, so if you need more time, a quick email to me will be your assurance!
If you see items from my store and you need an extended payment time, please email me and we will make those arrangements. I am very flexible with payment arrangements because I too can fall short of cash when unexpected events arise, just email me and keep the communication and we can work well together ~~~
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
I am happy to ship internationally, please note the restricted items your country will not allow, for I will not "sneak" something not permitted into your country. I am happy to ship airmail, however our priority mail is much better, for International customers can have faster shipping with tracking included!!!
I do not accept international personal cheques, cash, Bidpay, bank transfers. Paypal is your best bet!
