service and I’m very contentious in regards to shipping. I’m very generous with bubble wrap and packaging
materials to ensure that you receive your purchases in excellent condition! Everything I sell is guaranteed to arrive promptly, safely
and in the condition as stated. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact me before returning.
This is Very important because sometimes I will have you return it to a different address, or I may send you a return label, depending upon
the reason for the return.

Those little numbers from one to five can make or break a powerseller! If for any reason, you don’t feel
that I should receive 5 stars on all categories, PLEASE contact me with the reason. My goal is 100%
satisfied customers (and for more reasons than just feedback!) I truly believe in the products that I sell and
strive to always offer great products at the best possible prices with exceptional customer service. If that is
not the case, PLEASE let me know. Most problems can be resolved with a little communication. Feedback for you will be left at the time that I ship the product.
I match prices!
If you find the same item from a different seller with a lower cost (including
shipping), let me know and if I can, I will match or better their price!
A lot of my items are shipped from my home to yours. However I also ship some items
directly from the supplier. And, unlike many eBay sellers, I clearly state this in each listing. I
only ship from trusted suppliers that I have purchased stock inventory from in
the past.
This enables me to keep inventory levels down, plus I don't have to pay to have the product shipped here
then turn-around and ship it to you. This savings is passed
on to you! In the rare event an item that you purchased is no longer available, I will refund you promptly in the same manner that you paid.

I am a stay at home grandma; my husband and I are raising our pre-teen granddaughter. She is such a joy!
