The reason I do it all!

So how did Udderlygoodstuff come about? Since my beginnings on Ebay in 1998 I raised and showed Nubian dairy goats.  My Ebay ventures were to pay for my hobby since hubby was never too thrilled with goats!  I no longer have the goats but the name has stuck!

Finding good stuff has become a way of life for us now, we search estate and yard sales and auctions for unique items.  We always appreciate comments on items we may not have described as well as they could.  We work very hard to research and correctly identify everything we list but we are human! 

Now selling has become a family affair. We have 5 children and 2 grandchildren, they are Jennifer age 23 who is mommy to Ben, 4, and Isaiah, just born on June 19th.  Then there is Mealnie, 17, Jordan, 16, our miracle boy, Noah who is 3 and his surprise sister Rachel who is 1.

Even my mom helps out by watching the younguns once a week so we can get pictures taken and listings up! Not to mention catching up with the laundry and dishes!  You would not believe the amount of work it takes to get 100 listings up and running each week!

Ebay has made some changes that make your positive feedback and 5 star rating so important to us! 
Even though the wording says 4 stars is good, not in ebay's eyes, only 5 stars allows us to reduce our fees so that we can keep passing on low pricing to you! 

As a customer you may not be aware, but ebay has raised our commission fees substantially.  I am still committed to bringing you the same high quality merchandise at the same starting bids I always have, please help me keep my prices low by letting me know if I have not earned 5 stars and what I can do to improve the experience for you before you leave less than a 5!

We are always open to advice, suggestions and even want to hear your complaints if something isn't right with our transaction.  We really aim to please!
