 Payments: 

• Orders paid for on paypal can be shipped to any address provided on the payment,
• Orders paid for over the phone with a credit card will only be shipped to the billing address.
• Visa, Master Card, and Discover Credit cards are accepted over the phone only with a US billing address. Order will only be shipped to the US billing address of the Credit card only. 
• 7% New Jersey Sales Tax is charged for all New Jersey orders. Any order shipped within NJ from any of our warehouse locations will be charged tax.
• Money orders/cashiers checks are accepted. We will ship after funds clear. (Usually within 3-10 business days).
We do not accept PayPal payments with PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. 
Bank to bank wire transfers can be made and will have a $25.00 USD fee. Request instructions by email. If wire transfer is refunded for any reason a fee of $35.00 USD will be charged.   
Payments must be received within 5 business days from auction close. Failure to do so will result in an ebay unpaid item dispute and then an unpaid item strike (which may lead to your suspension from eBay).
Item(s) are not held if payment is not received.
Customers from AK, PR, HI, GU and United Stated Virgin Island are able to make a payment over the phone with a credit card as well as through PayPal.

Shipping:       

• We ONLY ship with UPS; no exceptions.
• We only ship to the address provided on the paypal payment. If a buyer will request, by email or phone, to ship to a different address, buyer will need to repay with the correct shipping address after paypal payment is refunded. 
• Items are shipped within 2-10 business days.
• We ship from two locations; NJ and CA.
• The specified shipping rates only apply to the lower 48 States & Canada. 
• Buyers from  PR, HI, AK, GU United Stated Virgin Island, Caribbean and all other countries MUST call or email for a shipping rate BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. 
• If a shipment is refused or returned, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping fees are not refundable. Border fees will be charged if item crosses the border.
• Ups does not deliver to PO Box & APO/FPO addresses.
• Canadian PO Box addresses are accepted on Paypal payments; a physical address must also be provided on the payment, otherwise, a $10 reroute fee will be charged by Ups upon shipment.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees incuding border fees and for keeping track of shipment once in transit.  
• Some items are subject to addition of protection peanuts for shipping.
• All orders valued over $249.00 are required for signature upon delivery. Buyer is responsible to keep track of shipment if the item is not required for shipment.
• 2nd day shipping or other is available at additional charge.  
• If an item is damaged or lost during transit, a claim with UPS will be filed. A replacement can only be shipped or refund can be issued only after the claim is approved.

• The shipping fees we charge do not include Brokerage, Customs, Taxes, and/or other Government Fees. All international buyers will be responsible to pay border fees to Ups upon delivery. If item is refused, border fees, only if charged by UPS, return fee, shipping fee and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the buyers payment!
