A little about us: Ultimate Dog Stop, we are a family
owned and operated small business located in Katy, TX. We have been
selling pet supplies since 2004 when we decided to combine
our love for pets with our wanting to help others keep their pets
happy and safe. We first opened our EBay store and when we found that
people really needed our products we developed a website as well to
compliment our EBay store. We take great pride in our ability to please
our customers by delivering quality pet products and great customer
service. If you don't see what you are looking for listed in
our store, give us a call or email us. We want to earn your

Payment |
Payment must be received within 10 days of auction end unless you have contacted us to work something else out. Sales tax will be added onto any purchases delivered to the state of Texas. We accept money orders, personal checks, Visa, MC, Amex, and PayPal.

Shipping |
Some of our items are shipped
directly from the manufacture via UPS Ground. We also ship a lot of products ourselves via USPS. Please allow 1-2 weeks
for delivery unless otherwise posted in auction. If you need something shipped quicker please let us know
before purchasing so we can give you a shipping quote. If shipment is not insured, we are not responsible if your package is lost, misplaced, or stolen.

Policies |
All non-customized products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Exchange is for product price only. Items shipped directly from manufacture will incur 15% restocking fee. All exchanges must still have all tags and materials intact and are subject to inspectioin by us or manufacture before accepting item back. Colognes, foods, & medicines are not included.
