We typically do not list any of our tickets for auction. All of our
listings are "Fixed Price", which allows you to "Buy It Now"
at a predetermined (listed) price, instead of bidding through an auction
format. Please review eBay's policies specific to "Fixed Price"
/ "Buy It Now" listings.
Because of the nature of selling
specific tickets to time-specific events, once you have selected the Buy
It Now option for a particular listing, we consider this, per eBay's
terms and conditions, to be a contract between Ultratickets (to
hold these exact tickets until you have made contact and payment) and you,
the Buyer (to make prompt contact and payment per the price and details
included in the listing). As such, if you have any questions or are
unsure about anything relative to a specific set of tickets, please email
us, or call our office at 800-927-7839 before you select the Buy
It Now option.
In addition to the Buy It Now
price, the only other fees assessed to your total price are $20
for our standard 2-Day Fed-Ex Shipping (see listing for additional shipping
options), as well as 8% sales tax only for Georgia residents purchasing
tickets to Georgia events.

National Association of Ticket Brokers (NATB). We are licensed by the
State of Georgia to broker tickets (GA License # 4410), and we are abiding by all federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding
the resale of event tickets by listing these tickets for sale on eBay. The prices that we charge for premium seats
to events reflect our business expenses and the specific costs of obtaining these
tickets, and as such, our listing prices are often much higher than the face value of these tickets
(unless otherwise noted). We pride ourselves on our
strict ethical standards and superior customer service, and we find that most

These tickets are being offered for sale by Ultratix,
Inc. (Ultratickets), which is an independent ticket agency not affiliated
with Ticketmaster or any box office, promoter, performer, athlete, sanctioning
body, or sponsor for the event for which tickets are being purchased. Ultratix
does not charge the original or face value for tickets. Rather, the
price includes a substantial service charge reflecting the cost of obtaining
premium tickets as well as the current supply and demand of tickets for the
particular event. There are no cancellations or exchanges of tickets unless
expressly agreed upon by both the client and a representative of Ultratix.
Ultratix is not responsible and there will be no refunds given for postponed
events or events in which the time or date has been changed. However, a full
refund will be given in the case that an event is completely cancelled as long
as tickets are returned to Ultratix within 10 days of the cancellation of the
event.
