my condition of items rating scale is this:
MINT - VERY RARE IN VINTAGE ITEMS
GREAT - NEARLY PERFECT
GOOD - mid ground can't say great nor fair
FAIR - display, might still be usable for something
POOR - lots of condition problems
UGLY - still collectible but could be so ugly even I think so!!
JUST JUNK - ready to haul to the dump no longer usable.
At atomic*hippie*haven our ebay store - we continually run sales on our items and occasionally offer some of our consigned items at a best offer price - but in keeping with the price the consigner would like to get - we ourselves will take the cut off our side of the profit end. The reason we do this is our consigned items are family members who are selling off their lifelong treasures and therefore have an idea what they would sell the item for.

On all our listings we try to give lots of pictures and a good description as well as our terms of sale. I know its lengthy but we have very good reasons as to why we do business the way we do here on the Sandy Acres Ranch.
Remember our goods are sometimes sold as found, depending on whether the "cleaning up" of an item might detract from its value, or we sell stuffed animals and clothing in a sanitized, cleaned fashion.
We do not smoke, nor do we have house pets. (BUT WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE WHERE THINGS WERE BEFORE WE BOUGHT THEM- SO BUYER BEWARE!)
We do enjoy our outdoors pets~~ Bosco our pup & Lily our cat - she has a new litter this summer of kittens, as well as many fowl - chickens, ducks, and guinea fowl to eat the grasshoppers, fleas, ticks, and to provide us with their lovely full range healthy eggs.
