Our staff pride themselves in offering attention to detail and excellent customer service to ensure that your parcel collection and delivery is completed with efficiency and reliability.

UNITED PARCELS is part of our larger company United Worldwide, which specialises in the freight of large machinery throughout the world. To fill a market need, we established UNITED PARCELS in 2002 to offer a UK parcel delivery service.

We are Agents for the UK's major Parcel Carrier companies, therefore your parcel will be collected and delivered by a major Carrier and not by United Parcels.

HOW TO BOOK & PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE FROM A Buy It Now AD

Click on the Buy It Now icon at the top of the Ebay page. Pay by Paypal. Then return to the Ebay listing page and click on any of the Booking Form links. Complete and submit your parcel details.

HOW TO BOOK & PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE FROM A CLASSIFIED AD

Click on any of the Booking Form links on the Classified Ad page. Complete and submit your parcel details. Please pay the advertised price by Paypal - to do this, just log into your Paypal account and click on the "Send Money" tab. Please send your payment to our Paypal email ID

 When we have received both your Booking Form and Paypal Payment we will book your collection and then send you a confirmation email containing your Booking Receipt and Tracking details.
