I am a lover of old things- especially victorian and cottage or shabby chic style. I have many things from grandparents and great grandparents and add to that collection with things they used to have or that fit in with that look. I have an antique booth at Loves' Antique Mall in Bandera, Texas but have a hard time selling as I want to keep everything myself. I also collect vintage fabric, laces and trims to make pillow, purses and such. Another of my passions is vintage jewelry and hats. My grandmother was a milliner and I inherited her love of hats.I buy lots of vintage jewelry then find that I have to sell some as I run out of places to put it.One of my latest passions is things painted with pink roses and faux pastry. I love PINK. I am a Texan by birth but have wunderlust and have traveled all over the world. I have lived in Samoa and Guam so I have collected quite a few island things so my home decor is rather eclectic.I have also visited and done volunteer work in Kenya and Brazil. I am a retired teacher and now a die hard ebayer.I have been selling on ebay for about two years but buying for a long time. I have two dogs who hate my ebaying as they are usually trying to walk around or jump over boxes of my latest finds.
