• We ship Monday to Friday (excluding all holidays)

• Shipping is only available via USPS Priority Mail.

• We will ship internationally to most countries via USPS Priority Mail International.

• All international items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping

• NO RETURNS are allowed on international shipments.

Our return, exchange, and refund policy is simple:

Return, refunds, and exchanges are allowed only if we make an error with regards to size, color, or we ship the wrong item such as two left or two right shoes.

We make no claims to how wide or narrow the shoes are.  Please do your own research before bidding or buying.  We are not responsible if the shoes you buy do not fit properly.

Returns will not be accepted for international shipments.

Will taxes/duties be charged upon delivery?

Yes, taxes/duties still apply in addition to the shipping fee you pay. We do suggest that you contact your local government office for an estimate of these charges.  The shipping company may ask to collect taxes/duties upon delivery.

Can we mark the item as a gift or sample?

We are unable to mark any items that we ship as a gift or sample.  Please do not ask us to do so.

What happens if I don't pay within 7 days?

If we do not receive your payment within 7 days of the end of the auction, we will relist the item, and an unpaid item strike will be filed with eBay.  If item is available and we receive your payment, we will remove the unpaid item strike.  We ask you kindly, if you are not planning to pay for an item, please do not bid.

Does the item come in the original box?

All items come in the original box unless noted in the auction.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will be emailed a tracking number when your item ships.  

Do you have any additional sizes or styles in stock?

No, everything we have in stock can be found in our store on eBay.
