Our History
I have been throwing darts for over 30 years and selling dart supplies for almost 20 years. We can advise you on darts and equipment based upon extensive experience. Occasionally we come across something which surprises us but we do know a lot about the products that we sell. Please feel free to use our knowledge if you are uncertain about your purchases. We like happy customers who will tell their friends about us.

Return Policy
Unfortunately we have had to change our Return Policy due to an increasing number of problems with dis-honest buyers.

Our Feedback
Our feedback is very important to us. We have now completed almost 60,000 auctions. We know that from time to time something will go wrong in the selling/shipping process. If it does we will try to correct any problems. Please try to polite when you contact us and we will reply in the same way. Sending insulting or nasty e-mails is not the way to work with someone. Please think 'would I like to receive this e-mail' before you hit the SEND button. Ebay does not allow us to respond to neutral or negative feedback so here we will try to show that we did try to solve your problem or what happened.

The Auction

The Buyer

He purchased and paid for his auction on a Sunday. We shipped on Monday and on Tuesday we found an e-mail from him asking for a selection of flights. We e-mailed him to let him know that we had shipped the darts before we found the e-mail and that we had included the Amerithon flights as described in the auction. We told him that we had no way to link a Paypal e-mail to an Ebay e-mail. He immediately hit the roof and threatened us with complaining to Paypal, Ebay and the BBB. We asked that he mark his package 'Refused' and we would be happy to refund the payment. That did not stop the threats or the barrage of e-mails. One thing that he failed to do in all the complaints was mention that we had sent the flights as described in the auction - strange that. So here we are both having negatives.

The lesson that he does not understand - if there is a problem, be courteous and don't threaten people. If we make a mistake (which we occasionally do) give us the chance to correct it. Threatening a seller is probably the worst thing that you can do.

Oh yes, the Better Business Bureau and Paypal rejected his claim.

The Auction

The scorer was sent the day after payment was received and the item was returned to us on Oct 9th. It was marked 'Addressee Unknown' by the UK postal service. This was the first contact that the customer made so we were unaware that there was a problem. Offered to send the customer .jpg of the package for proof of original postage and return information.

The Auction

We screwed up. Paypal changed their 'Pending Check' processing and we did not notice. When the buyer called asking about the auction we shipped the following day using Priority Mail and added a bunch of extras to try to make up for the mistake. We also sent all the Delivery Confirmation info to the buyer who is in Iraq. Unfortunately once the regular mail hits the military mail delivery can be hit or miss. We had one package delivered in Kabul in under 5 days and another take a month. This was our initial mistake.

The buyer obviously purchased soft tip darts when he wanted steel tip. All photos show soft tip. We sent e-mails asking him to return the darts for replacement but we heard nothing from him.

These flights are the best in the world. No reply from the buyer as to what the problem was. I suspected that he shredded the ex-tough,ex-thick flights by forcing them into the shafts.

The Auction

The darts were paid for on 4/15 and shipped 4/16. They were delivered by mail in Oregon on 4/23 (we are in Ohio) which is within the PO's delivery window for first class mail. The darts were fitted with Balancepoint ACE points which drastically reduce bounce-outs but no point ever made will totally eliminate them. I tried to explain this but the buyer would not believe me.

The Auction

The darts were paid for late on Friday May 22nd 2009 which was the day before the long Memorial weekend. We shipped the darts on Tuesday May 26th when the post office reopened. On Monday June 1st the buyer started to e-mail us asking where the darts were. We replied and sent the USPS tracking number 9114082133393364983347 which showed that the darts were mailed on the 26th. He kept e-mailing us demanding to know where his darts were. We asked him to be patient - it takes 4 - 10 days for delivery, however on June 3rd he left the negative feedback. The delivery confirmation number shows that the darts were delivered June 6th. It does not appear he is willing to remove the feedback. He was very quick and persistent with his e-mail but when we asked that he check the mailing time for the package and acknowledge that we mailed the darts promptly - nothing.

The Auction

We sent the shafts on June 1st, 3 days after the auction ended. It appears that they took 3 weeks to get from the US to the UK. We usually expect 5 - 10 days but on occasion that has stretched to 3 weeks (as in this case). The record was a package sent at the end of Decemeber and delivered in April. Yes, delivery was slow but we do have to rely on the various mail services.

Our Warranties to Protect You
We believe that you should be protected in all your dart purchases. We understand that buying a set of darts is very difficult when you cannot see, feel, or throw, the darts. That is why we offer a 14-day trial period for you to try your darts. Try asking your local dart store for that.

If you are not entirely satisfied for whatever reason, you may return the darts for a full refund (except for shipping costs). Different people have different needs. Throw the darts to ensure that they are suitable for you.

A lifetime warranty on your barrels. Should you have any problems with the barrels we will replace them free of charge.
