Return Policy
Our goal at USEDCLUBSRUS is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Thus, we will work with you to find a solution when a problem arises. Please contact us when a return is needed. Our store policies are listed below. All sales are final after 7 business days.
Misrepresented Auction
If you feel the item you received does not fit our condition scale, please alert us. We will ask that you ship the item back to USEDCLUBSRUS for inspection at your expense. Once inspected and a listing error is discovered, a full refund (including shipping) will be issued within one business day.
Incorrect Item
Everyone makes mistakes. If you receive an incorrect item we will take all measures to handle it ASAP. We will replace the item if possible or refund your purchase price (including shipping) within one business day.
Damages In-Transit
Unfortunately stuff happens and items are damaged in-transit. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the damaged items so we can begin the claims process. We will work to find a solution to this unexpected issue with you.
