All networking products must pass a grueling inspection, upgrade and update checklist. This includes testing under a variety of conditions to ensure that electronics, connectivity ports, memory configuration, firmware/software and electrical components perform to UsedCisco standards. Some of these standards are listed below:

1. Cosmetic Appearance: No dents, visible scratches, broken parts, etc.
2. Cleanliness: Hand cleaned and free of dust inside and out. 
3. Functionality: Fully tested to ensure it is working as intended.
4. Completeness: No missing parts, period.
5. Accuracy of Order: You will get what you ordered, guaranteed.
6. Packaging: Professionally packed to ensure no damage in transit.
7. Delivery: Delivered in a timely manner.
8. Warranty: We warranty the item to be a fully tested and functioning product (as made by the manufacturer) when you receive it. Otherwise we will exchange the item within 10 calendar days or issue you a company credit towards purchase of another item. We do not issue cash or credit refund for returned items under any circumstances. All sales are final.
