This may be really boring but here goes: We now live in Bluffton, SC which is a suburb of Hilton Head, SC. We've been here for over a year now and finally have settled in to our new duty station. Before we moved here, we lived in a small town (Leesburg) outside of Albany, GA where my husband was stationed at Albany Logistics Base. So far we've been stationed in Camp LeJeune, NC, Okinawa, Japan, Tulsa, OK, New Orleans, LA, Albany, GA, and now we're in Parris Island, SC at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot where they "make Marines." In our 17 year adventure with the Marine Corps I've seen many places and met many great friends along the way, but I am looking forward to living in one place where I can plant a tree or bush and see what it looks like when it is actually fully grown. Sounds silly, but I've never planted anything at any of my homes and seen what it looked like past a three year period.

About My Beads...
I have two daughters and they love love love jewelry. We were into the Italian charm craze a couple of years ago and now, the beads. We all get excited when we get a new order. When we first learned about these beads and the popular brands we were excited, but disappointed with how much they cost. With three ladies in the house, it can be really expensive to make bracelets. That is how we got into the less expensive beads that everyone can enjoy without taking out a second mortgage. The beads that I carry fit all of the popular brand name bracelets such as Pandora, Chamilia, Troll, Biagi, etc. I have tried to set starting prices low enough for all of you to have fun bidding. For my new customers, you can email me anytime with questions, and for all of my return customers, I couldn't have done this without you!!! I answer all of my emails personally and for new people visiting, I'm here for you before, during, and after the sale. I will treat you the same way I want to be treated. I'm not a company or corporation, just a wife and mom having fun on ebay with beads. I can assure you that when you contact me, you will not have to push 1 for customer service, 2 for technical difficulties, or hold for the next operator. :) I'll answer you personally and do what I can to accommodate you with your purchases. I know that shopping on ebay at times can be nerve racking, especially when you cannot get a simple question answered, or when you pay for items and never hear anything else until the package arrives, or you wait for weeks to get your items. Anyone who has shopped on ebay extensively has probably been in this situation. I send a shipping notice to your email address that is registered with ebay on every package that goes out so that you don't have to wonder.

Are these beads authentic Pandora beads?
No. they are compatible with Pandora beads and bracelets and all of the other popular European brands but they are not authentic Pandora, Chamilia, Biagi, Troll beads.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes. We combine shipping on all items as long as they are paid for in one payment so we can mail the items together.

How does the free shipping promotion work?
If you purchase $10.00 or more within a 3 day period, your items will be shipped at no charge. If you purchase 10.00 or more but it is not within the 3 day period, your items will still be combined, but free shipping will not apply.

I have to keep this rule in place, so that purchases can be cleared out and paid for consistently. I have great customers, and I know life gets busy and we forget about little things, myself included, however, ebay will not wait on their fees and payments so I have to enforce this rule so that I can pay ebay. All payments are due within 7 days of auction end. If a problem arises and you cannot make this deadline, please email so we can work something out. I know things come up. It happens to all of us. Just make contact so we can work something out. I am not an overly anxious seller or out to burn anyone over a bead purchase. I am always here to work with you.
