invoice. What do I do?
All U.S. Postal Service notifications are emailed within 30 minutes of an item(s)
closing. It is possible that spam software
can interfere with our email communications. Please follow the check-out
button below and it will walk you
through our check-out process. You can also go to www.marketworks.com and
click on 'Pay for an Auction.'
Is this shipped directly from the U.S. Postal Service?
Yes, your package will be shipped by Stamp Fulfillment Services,
Kansas City, MO.
Is it required that I use check-out as provided by Auctionworks?
Yes, the use of the Auctionworks check-out is required.
Will Marketworks ask for my PayPal or eBay password?
No. Marketworks will only direct you to the PayPal site for payment
through our check-out system. Marketworks will not ask for your eBay
password.
Will you ship to Canada, U.S. Territories, APO, FPO or P.O. Boxes?
We will mail packages to Canada, U.S. Territories, APO, FPO, and to
P.O. Boxes.
What method do you use for shipping?
All items will be shipped by First-Class or Priority Mail with
Delivery Confirmation.
How will my item(s) be shipped?
Currently, orders will only be shipped First-Class or Priority Mail
with Delivery Confirmation.
Are there any sales tax charges?
No, the U.S. Postal Service does not charge sales tax on any items.
If I win more than one auction, will you discount the shipping cost?

Will you do refunds and/or exchanges for a product?
Yes, we will exchange the item, if received in poor condition.
