Rules of the Sale -All property is Sold As-Is/Where-Is without any warranty whatsoever expressed or implied. We describe each item to the best of our ability. Be aware that we do not have first hand knowledge of the items sold. Items will be described as accurately as possible.

Failure to purchase items awarded in allotted payment time, may result in a temporary/permanent ban from future auctions. Your account will be locked out.

State surplus can ship items at an additional cost to the buyer. Please contact us for charges before you bid. All purchases must be picked up at our warehouse located at 447 West 13800 South, Draper, Utah 84020. Otherwise, the buyer must arrange pickup, insurance, and delivery with a carrier of their choice. Utah state sales tax will need to be added if the buyer contracts a shipping company to pick up property. We will not be responsible for items after they leave our premises.

Reserve auction items: When you are bidding in a "Reserve Price Auction". A reserve price is the lowest price a seller is willing to sell the item for. The reserve price is usually higher than the minimum starting bid and is kept secret from buyers before and after the bid closing. Sellers use reserve price to stimulate interest in their item and to establish a threshold for which they may withdraw their item from the auction for any number of reasons. Always be aware that if you bid in a reserve price auction and your bid does not meet the reserve, you have no obligation to purchase the item from the seller, nor is the seller obligated to sell his item to the high bidder.

Payment Information: Payment is required within five (5) working days of the close of the auction. State of Utah and local Sales Tax will be collected according to Utah law. The current rate is 6.85%. You may send payment in advance via U.S. Mail (certified funds check drawn on local area banks only, money orders, cashier's check, sorry no cash through the mail) if you desire. Most credit cards are accepted under $10,000.00. Our mailing address is:

Eligibility to Bid: This auction site is only available to people who are legally able to form binding contracts as the buyer of an auction item. Persons who are under the age of 18 are not eligible for membership. If you do not meet these requirements, you are not eligible to use these auction services.

Identification Required: Our policies require a valid picture identification to purchase items sold through this auction (even if paying cash).

Viewing of Items: You may view items for sale Monday - Thursday from the hours 7:00 am to 6:00 pm mst with the exception of state holidays at the surplus property warehouse. We encourage you to view the items before placing a bid.
