1. First and foremost, please know that I almost always offer items which are gently used. I do the best I can to explain the condition.  Please if in doubt ask, I can always send additional photos and I promise, I'm nice!
2. INSURANCE: I wrap all fragile items in bubble wrap.  For Priority mail, I use brand new priority boxes.  I do not use packing peanuts, unless I have recieved a package and have some to use.  I prefer paper and packing foam.  I would highly recommend insurance, but with the post office, this is optional and extra.  I have to add this, lately I have found a large amount of packages with damage and sometimes a break.  Not sure what changes have been made with the post office, but on account of this I HIGHLY RECOMMEND INSURANCE.  But we are all adults here and this is an option, I will not force anyone to buy insurance. At least not at this time.
3. RETURN: all items are returnable in the same condition as sent.  Unfortunately, this has to be said: if you do not purchase insurance and the item breaks, you cannot return it to me for a refund.  (Believe it or not folks, someone argued up and down on this one).  Back to common sense people....you are never obliged to keep an item you do not want, however this means that you do lose shipping to and from.  Please keep that in mind.  I also ask that you make this decision in 3 business days.  thanks for understanding.  And it must be my item, not another one in worse condition.
4. All refunds are given the same way payment was made: paypal=paypal refund.
5. PAYMENTS: I accept paypal to a confirmed address.  I reserve the right to deny a payment from an unconfirmed/unverified member, I use ebay/paypal information to make this decision.  This is rare that I deny a payment.  For those of you unfamilar with paypal's policies: paypal offers no protection to sellers if an item is shipped to an un-confirmed address.  This means sellers lose the item and their money.  Please note as of Oct 1 2008 ebay has restricted any payments with checks or money orders.  
6. I'VE HAD A FEW INSTANCES RECENTLY WHERE I NEVER RECEIVED OR RECEIVED A PAYPAL NOTIFICATION OF PAYMENT VERY LATE.  PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION FROM ME, AFTER YOU PAY.  I ALWAYS CONFIRM SHIPMENT AND CHECK THE "SHIPPED" BOX ON EBAY.  I SELL HUNDREDS OF ITEMS A WEEK AND ALSO USE MY PAYPAL FOR MY OTHER BUSINESS, WHICH MAKES IT NEAR IMPOSSIBLE TO CHECK PAYPAL FOR PAYMENTS DAILY, I RELY ON THE E-MAIL AND EBAY NOTIFICATION.  THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. 
7. Please please please please know how to use your spam filter!  I always reply to e-mails, I sometimes reply from my inbox, although I am trying to be diligent in using the ebay system....I always send invoices right away, I always confirm when an item is shipped.  Check your spam filter (spam or deleted folder) for ebay e-mails.  thank you.  THIS IS SO IMPORTANT
8. Feedback...I always leave feedback after I have received feedback.  I am sorry, however this has become neccessary as some folks like to chose parcel post and when it doesnt arrive in priority speed leave me feedback based on that, I will no longer tolerate that....so to the good people and I know that is almost everyone, Im sorry!
9. Paypal payments:  If using paypal to make your payment for your ebay purchase, please know that I am required to follow certain guidelines by Paypal to be covered under their seller policy.  What this means is that I can only ship to verified/confirmed addresses.  I reserve the right to refuse to ship to an unconfirmed address.  So please make sure you have done this with paypal.  Also know that with paypal I am required to use a tracking or delivery confirmation with each package which is shipped.  I allow international packages leeway here.  If you chose to have your package shipped media mail or first class mail and do not pay for the additional delivery confirmation charge (which as of Dec 15 2006) which is added to your shipping, I can no longer accept your payment.  Sorry.  I have had people use paypal policy to their advantage, knowing the rules, they claim to never have gotten the package, even with insurance, knowing paypal will give them their money back (and I lose it) simply because I didnt use tracking.  I will no longer trust others, sorry it has come down to this. So:
10. shipping:  All orders  can now only be shipped via priority mail or ups due to the tracking regulations.     

Ebay is a community which is based on trust and honesty and COMMUNICATION.  I am a firm believer in communication and believe everything is possible through communication.  So please talk to me, before you buy if you have any questions, during if payment is going to be delayed, after you receive and item and have a question or a problem.  Without communication, there is no way for me to know what is going on and to help.
