Thank you for looking at our auctions! We are a family business that has been operating since 1992. We take pride in our customer service and we strive to take care of each and every customer, just like if you walked through our front door.

Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal to 'valpawn@cybernetisp.net'.  We also accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover over the phone at (541) 734-3288.  When paying by credit card, please be aware that we are open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.  We also accept Money Orders made payable and sent to Valley Pawn, 123 S. Riverside Avenue, Medford, OR  97501. 

We DO NOT ACCEPT personal checks.  If you send us a check we will have to return it to you.

If you have any problems with any of our items, please contact us immediately, as we Guarantee All Our Merchandise! We list our phone number in each of our auctions as well as our address and our email address. We are not in the office on weekends, so if you submit a question, please give us time to respond at the beginning of the week.

Our return policy is simple... if the item does not function as described in the auction, or the item is not received in the condition described in the auction, simply give us a call or email us with the problem.  We will have you return the item and we will refund the original auction price, original shipping, and EVEN the return shipping.  We have this return policy in place because we value ALL our customers' satisfaction in both our products and service.

The only exception to our return policy is when the auction states "SOLD AS-IS --- NO RETURNS".  Items sold in these conditions are not eligible for return or refund.

All of our items are shipped with Insurance through UPS.  If the item is damage during shipping, please contact us ASAP and also please keep the box and packing materials for UPS to inspect.

We do allow local pickups, so if you live anywhere near us, please phone us ahead of time and we will have your item ready to pick up.
