We began selling software in 1990 at hamfests and computer shows. We load up our red hatchback & set up a couple tables, selling shareware on 5-1/4 floppy disks & boxed software containing 5 pounds of manuals. Well, times have changed. The software is on CD & DVD, the boxes are tiny & paper manuals are few & far between. But wee still selling, and still enjoying it!
Wee expanded from those days. Now we have a 7x12trailer for the computer shows we do in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio & Florida, a retail store in Parma Ohio & a warehouse to hold it all. And wee now selling to customers globally, thanks to eBay & the Internet. What hasn changed is our commitment to providing customers with friendly, honest service & the best deals we can possibly bring to you from across the country.
We bring you classic titles as well as current products at liquidation prices. Many of our products are manufacture closeouts and overstocks. Publishers oftentimes overestimate the amount of product they need. When theye produced too much of a title, they liquidate it at pennies on the dollar. These may come to you without the box or manuals. Excess packaging you certainly don need to pay shipping for! Our titles are, with few exceptions, new, sealed products. Any title which is previously owned, is clearly stated as such.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is added to all orders shipped within Ohio. The applicable sales tax is 6%

Where is my package?
You should have received a shipping confirmation email from us the day your order was shipped. If you have not received this email, please let us know and we will resend the email.
If your order was shipped via the United Parcel Service, a tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Please go to the UPS Package Tracking page to view your package's status.
If your order was shipped via the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail, you should receive it within 5 Business Days from date of shipment. If it has been longer than 5 days, please check with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the package for you. This method of shipment will include delivery confirmation.
If your order was shipped United States Postal Service's First Class Mail, you should receive it within 7 business days from date of shipment. If it has been longer than 7 days, please check with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the package for you.

The following is a description of each packaging type:
- Retail Box - New printed cardboard box and contents.
- Retail Jewel Case - Plastic jewel case with color cover. There may be a small manual, or users guide, or online help (electronic files or help menu in the CD)
- CD and Manual - CD in plastic jewel case with accompanying paper manual.
- CD Only - CD only in paper sleeve. New, in sealed paper sleeve. There may be electronic files or help menu in the CD.
- DVD Case - CD or DVD in DVD Case which may or may not contain a manual.
Please research the software title you are interested in prior to completing the purchase. Make sure your computer meets the system requirements described in every item.
