Update: Our dear Jasper had to leave us on March 17, 2008. We fought a battle with an adrenal tumor for several months, Jasper fighting most of all. He was my helpmate and our companion for only 5 years. Rest peacefully my dear little boy. Mommy and daddy love you so.

Daisy was adopted from the Akron Ohio Humane Society. With the overcrowding at that facility, we were pleased to see the care provided for the the potential adoptees. Daisy had been found wandering the streets for who knows how long. How people can do this to innocent creatures I will never understand. Thank God for rescue shelters! She is now one happy little girl who kept Jasper alert as was possible in his final days. She's quite the wiggle worm and full of energy. She also has a new brother named Tyler. His picture will be posted as soon as I figure out how to get more on here.  ; 0
