Payment Methods

On items over $1000.00, payment arrangements must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of the auction close. In the event that an auction closes on a weekend, your phone message or email will serve as intent to pay and details will be worked out on the next business day. In the event any item is not paid for within seven (7) days of auction close, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and resell the item.
ON BULLION-RELATED MATERIAL, A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF NO LESS THAN TEN (10) PERCENT MUST BE PAID WITHIN TWENTY-FOUR (24) HOURS OF THE LISTING CLOSE TO LOCK THE TRANSACTION.
Shipping Terms
We make every effort to ship goods within forty-eight (48) hours of funds clearing. All US shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail, insured for the full replacement value of the goods sold.
We do not ship to APO & FPO addresses, and will only ship to PayPal verified addresses. All shipping charges will be calculated using eBay's postage calculator. All goods must carry postal insurance for the full replacement value.
Domestic: Priority Mail Starts at $4.80; insurance starts at $1.70, so your shipping cost (undiscounted) starts at $6.50.
International: First Class Mail Starts at $6.20; insurance is not available, so your shipping cost (undiscounted) starts at $6.20.

In the event any package does not arrive, or is damaged during shipping, we will file the insurance claim. Once the claim has been settled, or the missing package arrives at our office, a refund will be issued.
Unconditional Guarantee
We offer a three-day unconditional examination period for all goods sold. If you wish to invoke your guarantee, you must contact us by phone or email within three (3) days of receiving your order. AFTER THREE DAYS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns will be charged a 15 percent restocking fee.
Graded Coins
We've been dealing coins for 24 years and believe that our specified grades are accurate. Nevertheless, it is only our opinion of what the coin should be graded and people's opinions vary. If the coin has been graded by a third party grading company, any claims or disputes of grades and authenticity & any guarantees are the sole responsibility of that grading service.
Feedback
Due to our high sales volume, we use an automated feedback program.Once your positive feedback posts for our transaction, we automatically post positive feedback for you.
Errors
From time to time, it is possible that a typographical error may appear in one of our listings, or that computer issues sometimes occur in communications with eBay. In the event that there is a typographical error that misrepresents what we are selling or lists the item at a value substantially below what it is worth, or if an error occurs so that an auction or listing sells at the wrong price, we reserve the right to withdraw any and all sales of erroneous listings or transactions. All monies exchanged will be returned and we will relist the item with the correct information.
