Please read before bidding. By bidding, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Our business hours are Mon. thru Fri. 9:30am to 5:00pm PST. We are closed Sat., Sun. and holidays. All emails will be answered, all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped only during our business hours. Any emails you send us should include an eBay item #, your user ID, and an email address registered with eBay.

In order to receive our emails and replies, please add cheremushki@yahoo.com  to your address book and/or safe mail folder.

We encourage that you ask questions before bidding to insure satisfaction and understanding. Questions can be directed to: cheremushki@yahoo.com  

If the item stated as brand new is found defective on arrival or incorrect item was shipped, buyer understands that the product will be repaired or replaced at seller's discretion, and be given a reasonable amount of time. All presumed defective or wrong items must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning. Any returned package without an RMA# will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. Warranties are offered by the manufacturer and will be honored by the manufacturer.

Payments .....

Payments are processed in the order in which they are received in our shipping department - most often the day AFTER payment clears. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Frequently, your shipment will go out the day after your payment is received, but will always be processed within 2 business days.

Shipping Insurance for US customers: $1.79 Optional but recommended Insurance per order, (no matter how many items in the order).

Returns and Exchange .....

Purchased item(s) must be in the original condition and returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt date, we will refund your winning bid amount minus 15% restocking fee. Of course, in the rare circumstance where we make a mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount including S&H.. Please note: It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you bid on, in the condition that we have stated in the auction. Requests for substitutes on product won may be accommodated, but must be made prior to completing your order, and will incur an additional handling fee.

Customers are responsible for return shipment. Shipping and handling is not refundable. We are not responsible for any lost or damage over the shipment if buyers do not purchase the insurance for their package.
