Vespismo® products are certified made in Italy. For this reason we produce our clothing in Italian sizes. If you don't know the difference between your national size and the corrispective Italian size, or just if your aren't sure about the measurements please send us a message. Buyer has the right to return item. Return must be
sent back within 10 days from delivery of the item.
Please note that upon returning any item, it would have to be approved by
Vespismo® e-commerce team, s&h fees are non refundable in any case. Returned items must be in the original condition, not worn or altered and should be returned with all original documents. If a defective item is received, the replacement item will be sent out once the item is returned to us. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs & insurance and we will make a replacement or credit depends on our inventory. Shipping, handling, insurance charges are not refundable. Please don't place bids if you don't agree these terms and conditions.

Usa, Francia e Germania. In questi casi accettiamo PayPal
solo
per i
pagamenti internazionali da parte degli utenti residenti nel paese dove è
pubblicata l’asta. Chi si aggiudica le nostre aste internazionali è tenuto a pagare la tariffa "flat" di spedizione internazionale per l'Europa il cui importo è pubblicato chiaramente nel testo dell'asta. Al termine dell'asta verranno inviati totale e modalitatà di pagamento. Inoltre al vincitore verrà richiesto di confermare la taglia e l'indirizzo per la spedizione. La taglia deve essere confermata solo ed esclusivamente tramite email o contatto telefonico. Non accettiamo conferme tramite PayPal o altri metodi onde evitare disguidi o duplici comunicazioni discordanti. Se il vincitore effettua il pagamento ma non conferma alcuna taglia, trascorsi 3 giorni dalla chiusura dell'asta verrà spedita in via equitativa una taglia M. Essendo la mancata conferma della taglia una palese noncuranza nonchè disinteresse da parte del vincitore, le spese di spedizione di eventuali cambi di taglia saranno completamente a carico dello stesso. I cambi di taglia sono consentiti purchè il capo non risulti macchiato o danneggiato per uso improprio. Le spese di spedizione relative ai cambi sono totalmente a carico dell'acquirente. Per ogni cambio non verrà applicata alcuna "restocking fee". Non siamo reponsabili per spedizioni smarrite o danneggiate se non assicurate.
