Hello and welcome!! Thank you for viewing our eBay store, Victorian Rose Online. Keep in mind that our hours of operation are Thursdays, Fridays and Satrudays from 10am to 6pm. Thanks again for looking!! ;-)

History/Background
We have been an eBay seller since February 2006, but it wasn't until June of 2007 that we started listing items every week.

Payment Policy
You can pay for your order using PAYPAL ONLY. We do not accept cash, check, or money orders. We use Paypal for our safety and yours!!! Your payment and shipping address must be within the United States. You MUST have a United States eBay account. Foreign Payments and/or shipment requests cannot be accepted. Payment is due within 3 days of auction closing or the item may be removed from your order and sold to someone else.

Shipping Information
We ship using UPS Ground Shipping ONLY. We can ship to any street address within the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped by 2 Day Air and will incur significant additional shipping costs). We CANNOT ship to APO, FPO or PO BOX addresses. For Combined Shipping the first item is $12.99 plus $5.00 for each additional item. UPS Ground transit times typically vary between 2-7 business days depending upon the distance from the shipping point. PICK UP or WILL-CALL orders are not available.

Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns on items purchased from our eBay store. Note: Victorian Rose Antiques retail store will not accept returns of products purchased from auctions listed on eBay.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
