Sales Taxes:

Victoria's Kloset shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Shipping Charges:

These charges depend on the destination zip code and weight of the item. To determine your shipping cost, please add the item to the shopping cart, and then provide the ship-to information. For this process you still have the option to cancel the order.  Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect information due to typographical error or error in product information received from our suppliers Victoria's Kloset shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed. Victoria's Kloset shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Victoria's Kloset shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Warranty:

Merchandise will only be accepted 15 days after shipment.. All shipment and handling costs associated with your order is the responsibly of the customer.

Items that have been used may not be returned unless they are defective. All defective merchandise is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in limited warranty by each manufacturer. Returns that are not authorized will be refused

Products: 

All products are new and most have full manufacturers warranties. We do not sell used goods.  We have a no minimum order policy, order as little or as much as you like.  We get our products directly from manufacturers and major suppliers and pass the remarkable cash savings to you. Anywhere else you could expect to pay two to three times more. Please keep in mind that due to our bargain prices the products go out of stock quickly so don't wait any longer. Please keep in mind that inventory changes on regular basis. We constantly update our product line as well as offer great deals, so check back often.
